Such a knowledgeable bunch of guys, super happy with my new Cube e-MTB. The team at Leisure Lakes Frodsham were patient, I know nothing about bikes and have bought one for helping rehabilitate a knee injury, and they helped a lot making sure I had the right size etc. and suggested the best bike for my budget. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Had a problem with my Trek Rail 9.9.

Took it in to show Kyle (Sorry if spelt name wrong),BTW, Kyle is the only mechanic I allow to touch my bike after a number of issues with different LBS.

Why did I take it? My suspension felt notchy on the front (Lyrik 160mm, never been serviced and two years old), the back was at best "Useless" following a DIY service where I damaged a shaft by scratching it, never felt the rear shock was very good even when new.

Got my bike back following an all round service, new Ohlins TTX upgrade rear shock (Coil), new head bearings and tweeks here and there, now feeling like silk as expected.

The whole team at this bike shop are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, taking time to listen to what I had to say and then making recommendations based on their own experiences.

Never felt pushed to buy anything or stupid when I asked stupid questions.

Thanks to the whole team, your excellent customer service makes me drive 30 miles and past countless other shops to get what I need.

Good range of products and prompt delivery but prospective online purchasers should be aware that there is only 14 days for returns, even for a credit note. My own fault that I missed this but 14 days is less than what most places offer. I won’t be making any future purchases unfortunately having been unable to return 1 of the 2 helmets that I purchased that is the wrong size.
