Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered a bike for my son’s Christmas present weeks ago. Sales advisor steered us towards one in stock at another store to ensure it would be here in time. Told me would be in store 3 days later. Two weeks later not heard anything so popped in store. Assured by all staff they had ordered one from Holland and there was one at another store and not to worry. Phone me two working days before Christmas to inform me no bike and nothing they can do. I work in retail myself so I understand things happen but I’m extremely disappointed and my son is devastated. I wouldn’t believe a word the staff say and advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

Went in an expressed I was interested in buying a bike, after telling me where to look in store at the racers I was then ignored buy the members if staff, like do you want me to not buy from you when I'm in your store! Took them about 5 minutes by which time they could have lost a sale, ended up getting one in the end but try do better in future

Awesome customer service, ran me through the differences with bike and tuned the bike to my height and weight. You also get a free service within 12 weeks, which is great for piece of mind! Will be a promotor for sure!

Recently took our two bikes in for for a check-over and service. The guys at Leisure Lakes Leeds sorted it all at a good price; before they carried out the work they contacted me for permission. Well impressed with the service they offer. Try them if your local.

Great Shop & Staff popped in without appointment for some parts fitting even though they were fully booked they managed to fit me in there was also a part missing which they supplied from a part on sale and ordered a new one so I am able to ride this weekend. Finally the dropper lever they supplied was cheaper than anywhere else what more could I ask for. They will be seeing me again.
