My wife and I were in an accident in January and I had to fly back to Illinois for medical treatment for an illness. This left my wife alone to deal with the repairs to our BMW X3 . She needed an advocate to help her through the process and Bill Zimmer was that person. He was very helpful and patient and helped her every step of the way. And the work done by his shop was excellent! Like it never happened! I highly recommend them for whatever collision repairs you might have!

Customer First with Quality Results!

See the before and after pictures. My GF owned this car since 2004 and just did not want to part with it after the accident. We went to a few body shops before we settled on Fine Line iii. So glad we did.

#1 reason - Roshawn! He puts the customer first and always keeps his cool. We went back and forth over a couple of items we wanted and Roshawn always kept a very good demeanor. From the day we brought it in until it was finished, his customer first attitude was there. Whoever hired him should know they got a gold mine!
