As a relatively new cyclist the staff were really friendly and put me at ease. This for me was a major investment and I wanted to get it right. Amazing selection of bikes to consider and helpful advice on what would be best based on my riding. Having made the choice then bike was all set up for me to ensure I was comfortable. Great service.

Cycleworks were amazing. I was on a bike tour of the North Yorkshire Moors, and I had a major mechanical…. The crank arm completely sheared on my SRAM chain set. I managed to get in touch with John from Cycle works and he arranged to fit a replacement chain set and bottom bracket on sat pm at short notice. I even told him the wrong spec but his team handled this very professionally and efficiently. Then, after fixing the bike they helped plan a great route back to where I am staying. So happy that I can rejoin my cycle tour tomorrow. I would definitely recommend Cycleworks.

Professional and helpful service, with excellent level of product knowledge. This is not just a bike shop selling stuff, it is a bike shop which includes a consultancy service as part of the service and product sale. This ensures you receive exactly the product you need and in many cases the product is customised to your needs. Coupled with a really excellent range of products, this means you will receive products you will not get from any other bike shop, and certainly not from the internet!

From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. I was recommended this cycle shop by my partner and his uncle. I felt so at ease as I didn’t have a clue what I needed to buy, all I knew was that I was doing the cycle to work scheme and I needed to find a bike! In 1 hour, we’d found a bike, got loads of an accessories added & ordered…3 days later it was all ready to collect! Only had the bike 1 week and I’ve already done 30 miles on it just cycling to work. Thanks again to the lovely team, you’re all an asset to the company!

Great local cycle shop. They managed to squeeze in a service for me even though they were fully booked as i was having issues with my bike before a multi day long distance cycle, really went over an above.
They checked with me the prices of things they recommended as part of the service prior to fitting it. They gave me a full details of what they found in the service and what may need looking at in the future.
