I have not used the product is why I didn't give it 5 star. I bought it because of the sale after Thanksgiving. I will use it in the spring, my boat is on the hard at Cape Canaveral. I'm just getting supplies now for spring to start the process! Thank you.

I want to give a shout out to the lady and older gentleman who work here. My son comes in often to get fishing line and bait. The gentleman is always very helpful and patient when explaining questions my 10 year old has. I highly recommend this store , they have the best customer service !

Super helpful staff! Sold me parts to fix my garmin and upgrades and accessories rather than a replacement unit to do the same thing mine does. Happy to spend the same amount of money but get more bang for my buck. Rare to find that kind of service!

This place is an absolute joke, employees have zero knowledge about the products they’re selling, then once you do your own research and figure out which product you want, they only have a display in stock. What is the point of having a store if you just have to order online anyway?

Terrible place. I am not sure how they stay in business between the prices being so high, and the employees being so incompetent and rude. Went in there last week to try and get a part for my bimini top and the first employee I received assistance from had to go to another employee to ask where the part would be located, before he even saw the part he immediately and very rudely answered with "if it ain't on the shelf we ain't got it". Needless to say this store will never receive a dime of my money. Sad

People weren't that helpful the day I was here. Went home and purchased a Simrad Evo3 12" 500.00 less online from West Marine and the sales Rep in the store never knew they were on sale.
