They called my wife and spent a half hour on the phone getting new patient info just to have her fill out all of the same information herself upon arrival. Why waste the time on the phone if you are going to collect that information anyway? High self pay rates will update if results justify high price. I selected this place due to proximity and availability.

Waited almost an hour past my 10:10 am appointment time before seeing someone. I find it strange that they would be this backed up by mid-morning. Dr Freeman did the exam and explained various cataract surgery lense options very quickly. I asked to get an estimate of the cost only to be told that I would get that when checking out. Had to ask at checkout and the lady said that she did not have anything. I was very frustrated by that time and was offered to meet with the office manager. Had to spend another 15 minutes to get what should have been provided right from the beginning. Needless to say, I will look to take my business somewhere else.

Just completed two cataract surgeries by Dr Montgomery. I am thrilled with the results and the whole positive experience. From the first evaluation through 2 surgeries and two follow up visits I was treated very professionally by the doctor and his staff. Everything was explained before, during and after. Highly recommended

Dr Montgomery is good people I didn't have insurance and he worked with me.
I would recommend to all my friends and family. Also receptionists and staff are awesome.

Terrible experience. Dr. Montgomery is just going thru the motions it’s seems like he’s not really there to help people. I have only been to this place once and will never go back. Went there yesterday morning because my dog scratched my eye badly. Dr Montgomery came in for less than two minutes and said that he “thinks” the scratch is superficial and proceeds to tell me it will be 90 to 100 percent better the next day. He gave me one soothing drop, yes that’s right only one, that only lasted about three hours. Couldn’t even give me my own drops!! The next day my eye that was supposed to be 90 percent feels exactly the same as yesterday. Waste of time and money now I have to go to a different ophthalmologist o actually get this resolved. I don’t know about the other doc but Montgomery is useless

I have seen a few eye doctors though out the area and I have found the high professionalism and detailed testing to be patient focused
I was treated with great respect and questions I had were clearly answered
I would recommend this doctor to anyone who is in need of regular glasses and any other issues
Patient care is their primary focus and includes masks at all times. Thank you Doctors for what you do. Thank you staff for your attention to your patients. Keep up your dedication to your work

I had my first appt today with Dr Montgomery. I wasn't impressed. Basically he is just your standard old fashioned eye Dr and told me new dry eye treatments are just gimmicks and he doesn't offer any of those treatments, ie lipiflow treatment. Well I explained some folks are getting relief. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I had scheduled time off for surgery and also had to make arrangements for transportation, wasted a day waiting to hear from the hospital on scheduling. I wound up calling the Dr's office trying to resolve the scheduling issue only to find out that there was a problem with the insurance the lady told me she had missed and was currently trying to resolve. Long story short, I cancelled the procedure and will be waiting for the refund of money already spent. The kicker was that this happened the day before the surgery was scheduled, perfect timing. Everything I had done in preparation of the surgery was nothing but a waste.
