I recently employed the services of Warby Parker at Waterford Lakes Town Center. I'm new to the eyeglass experience so I wasn't sure what to expect. The experience turn out to be extremely favorable. The staff of Josh, Jamie, Del and Dr. Ricky is truly amazing. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and are very good at it. Each displayed the innate qualities of very caring and knowledgeable people. You are selling yourself short if you don't at least give them a try. I know I will be a customer of theirs for life.

It's like an Apple Store for eyeglasses. I shopped for frames on the Warby Parker app, and came in store to verify that the frames I liked fit my head. I also had them measure my head/eyes, since I have found that their app does not measure very accurately. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I have not tried getting an eye exam there, since I already have an established optometrist.

My husband and I were very impressed during our Warby Parker visits. We each had the best, most thorough and extensive eye exam we’ve ever had. The physician was excellent - he explained what he was doing throughout the exam. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to select the perfect frames and lens options. We will definitely return annually for our eye care.

Overall great experience! Dell was very friendly and incredibly helpful. His smile and positive attitude was very welcoming. The doctor Dr. Xiaofeng Tao was also very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The location has many frames to choose from and they came in the mail pretty quickly. High quality glasses and a high quality experience.

I love having this store so close to home. The people are always friendly and very helpful! I have purchased three pairs of glasses and absolutely love them. The employees are helpful but not at all pushy, you are given time and space to browse which I appreciate. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

My first two visits I spoke with Greg who answered every question I had thoroughly and with ease and kindness. The day of my eye exam I was warmly greeted immediately without swarming me and Josh happily walked me through the process. Dr. Tao was helpful in explaining what he was doing and why throughout each step of the exam process. Had a nice little chat again with Josh while my eyes were dilating and even got a compliment on my outfit! I love that I can get an eye exam and shop for frames at the same location. The Warby Parker at Waterford Lakes is my spot and I will visit this store in the future for all my vision needs. Thanks guys!

It’s my first time getting my glasses outside of the generic eyewear companies and it was an amazing experience! I was helped out by Dominic and Greg at the Waterford location and they were very thorough during my visit. The process was very easy and simple and they were able to let me know the pricing with my insurance. I’ve never had an associate help me as well as they did, honestly! They also gave me a free tote bag and goodie bag afterwards as well which I thought was nice. The selection of frames that they have is a bit limited but they had the kind that I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back here for my next pair!

I cannot express enough how wonderful both the staff and this store are for glasses shopping. I just learned in the past week I need glasses for the first time. I had no idea where to start or even how insurance worked for all of it. I tried two in-person retailers before Warby Parker and they were extremely expensive and I wasn’t satisfied with the selections. All of my friends told me to use Warby Parker online and after I knew about the style I wanted from going to other glasses retailers that were too expensive, I went online to order from Warby Parker. Then, I realized a new store opened just a few minutes from me this past month. I visited the store and was helped by an extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They explained how insurance works, discounts and how much it all costs. The amount of glasses to choose from was incredible as well. No other store or doctor’s office has this vast of a selection. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses with blue light and prescription for less than one pair at both my doctor’s office and LensCrafters. Thank you, WP staff! Y’all made a new experience for me seamless and fun.
