This store was recommended by my co-worker and it did not disappoint. My mom and I were greeted as we stepped into the store. Mark was very helpful and explained everything in detail. He is definitely an asset to this establishment. They are most budget friendly too.

Great experience with the rep Marc. I found a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses quickly and we were all done in about 15 minutes. Very nice experience. Adorable and affordable!

It was my first time at a Warby Parker store. I just needed regular sunglasses with uv protection. I have a very small face and am difficult to fit. My sales associate spent time with me checking several frames to find one that was comfortable and fit my face well. She then made adjustments to give me the perfect fit. I was very pleased with the product quality and service.

I highly recommend Warby Parker. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and clean. From start to finished I received great customer service and they went over all the cost for my experience. Eye exam was fast and informative and you can get you glasses as fast as 5 business days. Their selection for frames is great as well. 10’s across the board.

I needed to replace my old prescription glasses and sunglasses. I've used other suppliers before and have been satisfied, but I've heard a lot about Warby Parker. I like to actually see and handle a product before I purchase and yes, they will ship you five different frames that you can pick from and send back, but I'd just rather go into the store and make my choice. Well this is the first Warby Parker store that I have ever seen, and we were going to meet friends for dinner at the mall, my wife and I thought that we should give it a try. Well, Mandy greeted us when we got there and she was helpful and very knowledgeable about all areas of the product and helped me pick out frames and lenses for prescription glasses and sunglasses. It was quick, easy and a pleasant experience. Looking forward to my new glasses. I would not hesitate recommending Warby Parker for glasses, and if you can get Wendy to help, that's even better!

The doctor actually took time to explain things to me about my exam and what the scans of my eyes showed. Cindy was amazing at helping me pick out glasses. She took the time to explain why certain frames were better for my needs. She helped address issues that have prevented me from wearing previous glasses. Cindy also took time to explain optional features in a way I could understand and make an informed decision as to whether I really wanted the options. I also paid significantly less here than the last place I purchased glasses.

We had a terrible experience at Warby Parker. Had a 2:20 appointment and because the store was so busy I was not able to check in until 2:27. Lots of confusion took place but the final outcome was because I was late I had to reschedule (because the next appointment had checked in early). During the confusion I was asked to prove by a text message on my phone my appointment time. The technician took my phone which she never returned. When I discovered my phone was missing I tried to call the store to be sure it was still there. There is no direct number to the store so I had to call corporate where I finally got to talk to a Supervisor who checked with the store and confirmed that they had it and it would be put away until I could get back and claim it. When I arrived at the store I saw the phone sitting on the front edge of the counter. I picked up the phone and walked away. I went back after about three steps away and told the technician there that I just picked up a phone and no one said a thing and I thought the least she could have done is put it under the counter. She said “I was watching it”….then how did I pick it up and leave without anyone saying a word. All the employees there seem to be in a cloud.
