The layout of products was very intuitive and I was able to find what I wanted in less than 5 minutes. The staff were helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. I will return when I have a prescription because I had a great experience and would highly recommend this brand. Styles were great and the prices were affordable in comparison to designer brands.

I had a great experience as a first time glasses buyer! Katrina was very nice and thoroughly explained the different types of lenses. I was with my toddler so my time was limited. I was in and out very quickly! I can’t wait to get my new glasses in the mail 🤓

Been a longtime Warby Parker customer, but this was my first time using their eye doctor and appointment services and I was highly impressed! 😄 The staff was efficient, helpful, and provided prompt customer service. Dr. Daysudova was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions during my eye and contact lens exam. She made the experience comfortable and accommodating.

The Warby Parker sales associates were also great! Friendly and not pushy with upselling. They let me view my favorites list in the app, try on frames at my own pace, and gave me plenty of time to decide. Ordering my contacts, prescription glasses, and sunglasses was seamless, and they promptly emailed all necessary documents for easy access.

With a great selection of frames, a convenient location, and top-notch service, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Warby Parker, for another excellent experience! ☺️👍

Customer Service with regards to front of house workers is excellent. Every individual is pleasant and efficient.They do an outstanding job of managing the crowd while still giving personalized attention to customers. At least they did for me. There is also a great selection of frames to choose from. The one star from me is because the lenses in the glasses I received are not properly aligned with my eyes. Warby was great in trying to find a solution. Unfortunately for me, after a couple attempts by the store to correct the problem, I settled for lenses that are partially useful and partially problematic. I may be the exception. Still, it is worth mentioning that as outstanding as the front of house team is to work with, the lenses I received are faulty.

Everyone in this store was amazing. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had 100% confidence in my exam, recommendations given, and it was all affordable with up-front reasonable pricing. They aren't "salesy" and are attentive from the moment I entered until I left. Staff was riendly but new and did not measure my pupillary distance correctly. I have gotten glasses every year for 10 years and knew they were incorrect, but they refused to put the correct PD down on the order. I paid for expedited shipping but it took 2 weeks to get them. When I got them, everything was wrong. The frames I picked out were replaced with a different pattern than I ordered. The prescription was WAY OFF. The return process was grueling and frustrating. I was excited about using Warby Parker after reading positive reviews. The entire process has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I now have to drive to the store to return them, as I was unable to get it accomplished over the phone. Buyer beware!

Very pleased with the overall experience. It was nice to try on the frames first, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, quality of the frames nice, styles were diverse from conservative to trendy and adjustments were spot on. I did have one concern so I brought the glasses back within the 30 days. They replaced them with no push back and the replacement glasses are perfect. Great new choice for quality glasses.

Loved the vibe from the staff - super helpful and friendly. Gave me great frame advise. Only issue is they do not accept Eye Med or VSP - both pretty common and listed as accepted.
