What a wonderful unexpected experience! I popped in when walking by to browse and was instantly greeted by Kareem. I had been needing new glasses for a few months but the process is always overwhelming and decisions are hard. I was not expecting to buy a thing! Kareem quickly found frames that best flattered my face (I bought the first pair he picked out). To be sure he brought plenty of styles and colors making the process easy breezy and making me feel good! Being honest about which colors suited me best, what was too bold or not enough. All of this while not being an overly intrusive sales associate. I left with prescription sunglasses and glasses ordered to my home in New York! No prescription on hand. I would recommend working with him and the rest of the staff anytime. You will be happy you did!

The staff was caring and conscientious. I came in with a concerning medical issue I thought might show symptoms during an eye exam and was anxious about this checkup. Dr. Michelle Quach was thorough and answered all of my questions, making me feel immeasurably better and that I was in good hands. Renee was superb from greeting to explaining the process to helping me find a pair of frames. They really turned an anxious appointment into a relieving, and even fun time picking out new frames.

Leianna and Annalise at Hyde Park Tampa store are rock stars! They know their stuff. I walked in and in no time at all they pulled out all the glasses they thought I would look good in. Within minutes, we had three top contenders. I purchased all three and I received 15% off. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They made the process easy and fun. Highly recommend stopping by Warby Parker for glasses! I came in on a busy Saturday with my baby and let the associate know I needed to be in and out. In under 20 minutes, she had me in and out! It would have been quicker but I am indecisive and wanted to try more and more on, lol. She pulled several glasses based on the style I told her I liked and even went the extra mile to help me know what to fill out in the vision section for insurance. The glasses are way cuter than any they had at my eye doctor and for a significantly better price! I had an exceptional experience and will definitely be back soon for more glasses.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. I was in the neighborhood today and walked past the Warby Parker store. I noticed that there was a QR code on the door to schedule an eye exam. When I saw that I could conveniently book an eye appointment in 10 minutes, I signed right up, did all of the online intake forms and showed up to my appointment. The gal asked my name at check in. Since she had a little iPad, I pointed to my name at the top of the list. "Right here, Tricia G." She proceed to upsell me some eye drops for $80.00 for the eye exam and asked my if I was using insurance. When I said no, there was a smug look on her face. I didn't realize an AMEX didn't Trump insurance these day. Next she told me to have a seat and someone will be with me in a moment. A few minutes later, a gal comes over, sits down only to tell me there was a "glitch in their system" and I don't have an appointment" even though my name was on the list and, oh yes, I also have an email confirming my appointment. I'm guessing someone wanted to leave early ...it was quite a nice day to Tampa today. If you dont care about the customer experience, this place is for you. Also, be sure when they ask about using your insurance you say yes so your carrier can be charged 3 to 4 times more.
