The pharmacy at this Walgreens was amazing. A special thanks to Stephanie who was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Not just to myself, after the urgent care messed up our prescription multiple times, but to everyone in line. During a stressful holiday week she put a smile on many faces. Much appreciated.

Hard to get a hold of. Always a long wait on the phone. Tried to call and get them to contact Walmart to get my prescriptions transferred over and they told me I need to call Walmart to have Walmart transfer the prescriptions over. I call back another day and they said that I have to call Walmart and have them transfer the stuff over. They gave confusing information that didn’t make any sense. I had to call Walmart and tell them to ask Walgreens to talk to the Walmart pharmacist in order to transfer my prescriptions from Walmart to this Walgreens because they weren’t listening to me. Not happy. This should have been easy for me. I am almost out of all my meds.

Walgreens pharmacy is the reason i put one star, i would have out a minus 5, the pharmacist there can barely speak english, she makes you wait for an hour and drive back to the doctor to get him to call it in again then she makes you wait til close then laughs saying they are closed, pick it up tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, They do not give you your entire prescription, and leave you on hold for hours trying to get thru, even tho the doctor prescribed an inhaler they tell you it is not approved, if your insurance only covers a portion of a two part prescription they do not offer you the other portion if you choose to pay for it , instead they send you home empty handed then good luck getting them to answer a phone. Until you call store management who puts her on the phone again so two days in a row got to hear her laugh after it was finally 8 pm. Sadly CVS closed in Homosassa , we sure miss it now.

They call ander say your prescription is ready you drive there stand until you can stand no more !then you sit for another 45minutes ? They are very not kind ? Why call and say your prescriptions are ready when they are not ? most customers in that store are elderly and only can stand a short while ! Shame on you for not getting more help ! I do not think the help at the counter knows what they are doing ? You need help!

It's Tuesday November 19th @ approx.5:10 pm. The girl My wife spoke to blew us out of the water. A shity attitude, like we were bothering her. Done with that store. Called the Walgreens in Crystal River and the girl there was so professional and very kind. And knowledgeable.

I'm going over my prescription with the pharmacist I informed her they needed to improve a little bit because it's every month there's an issue and by no means was I screaming cussing or yelling and she hung up on me where's the management in Walgreens? It truly gets worse every month. They gave me 25 of 135 pills on May 20th I've been waiting all this time for the remainder then they tell me I have no refills I not only have two more refills I have the remainder of the 120 they never gave me and it is clearly marked on my prescription bottle

The ladies were so busy but were very polite. I had just had an antibiotic and steroid called in & the location accommodated a same day pickup. She just asked me to sit and it was out within three minutes: They are doing a great job!
