Les doy una calificación de 1 de 5 porque aún y cuando la elaboración de mis lentes fue positiva, llamé hoy para hacer una cita para un cambio en ellos dado a que me dieron 30 días de adaptación, en la llamada noté bastante descortés a la persona que me atendió sin embargo, solo pedí cortésmente hacer una cita, ella registró los datos y tomo la cita, al finalizar le pedí me diera su nombre para saber con quien hablé y quien tomo mi cita (esto acostumbro hacerlo siempre) la señora o señorita me respondió rápidamente su nombre y le pedí podría deletrearlo por favor para anotarlo correctamente? Y su respuesta fue tirar el teléfono!!!! Que clase de atención es esta? Cómo pueden tratar a los clientes de esta manera? Por cierto llame nuevamente y su compañera me informó que el nombre de quien me atendió es Deberly. Le sugiero a Deberly ser un poco más amable con los clientes porque realmente así no provoca volver!

It was my first time ever being prescribed glasses. Staff were very friendly and helpful with walking me through the process.The whole process from the eye exam to picking out my glasses was very timely and efficient. The doctor was very informative and the sales associate Beverly was so great to work with and answered any questions I had! Thank you.

A scam. I came into this store a month ago to get an updated prescription as well as contacts and glasses. My prescription for my contacts I was given was -3 and the doctor knew I was a little uncertain as my previous prescription from a different vision works store was stronger. She said it’s normal for eyes to get better as you get older and that I could come back anytime with no worries if it was wrong. This is all I was told. I came into the store a week after getting my glasses and told them something felt off whether it was my prescription or something else for both my contacts and glasses. They told me it’s the glasses shape and probably not the prescription in my new glasses and my contacts should be fine. ‘One’ contact fell out of my eye when I was out and I had to then open up the box to get a new one. thinking this would be no issue of course because I paid for them. I realized I couldn’t see well from my contacts or glasses and it wasn’t just the shape when I asked other people how far or what they could read (i could not read where they could see) so when i noticed the prescription was what was off (when I drove at night is when i realized i could not see safely or read signs properly which I explained to the manager), I called and made an appointment to go back and get a new eye exam. after the new exam my prescription read -3.5 which is different from the original -3 I was told. I brought my old contacts to the store (the -3 they gave me) so i could now receive the proper prescription, they asked if I opened the box and I showed them I have since one fell out. I was then informed they could not exchange my contacts for the proper prescription and would need to buy new contacts out of pocket since my insurance already paid for the last ones this year. I talked to the store manager and explained my situation and she said the only option I have is buying new contacts out of pocket since I should never have opened the box. I asked if this is a written policy I signed and agreed to and she said it is not written anywhere, I then asked how would I be made aware of this policy and she said verbally. I was not told of this which I explained and she pretty much said that’s unfortunate and makes no difference. No matter if I took a singular contact out or not (opening is the problem), I would have to pay for new contacts again. She then said if my trial pair fell out I should’ve come to the store and gotten a new contact… I now currently have the wrong prescription box still (-3) and am being told to continue using it since they can’t take it and it’s not a “far enough step” for me to notice real differences and that I “could still see” even after I explained my issues. This is a scam for money and business that is completely unethical and sneaky. I have gotten no help with this which is super unfortunate because I have been a vision works customer for 15 years. Think twice before doing business here as you never know what “policy” you haven’t been told that will dictate the money you will be spending.

Edit: After seeing my review, Beverly nicely reached out to me from the store and said she is going to help me get the proper contacts ordered and handle the situation.

The service was great, as I went to get my eyes checked up I was provided with information at every step of the way that reassured my coverage and what and can get out of my care. After the initial checkup I was able to look at glasses and select pairs from a great selection while also comparing options. I finished my care with some positive reflection from the optometrist and was able to pay my bill with ease.

Not happy with this place at all! It was a lot of misinformation from the beginning thus making my experience as a first time customer very unpleasant and confusing. From the beginning I told the eye doctor that I did not want progressive glasses. Was told that my prescription didn't call to see from far and that I was just gonna get computer glasses. When I got to the sales section, the representative mentioned that my prescription called for anti-fatigue smart lenses and it was extra. So, I asked what that was and was told it was just for my eyes to relax. I also asked to make sure that my prescription was just for the computer and not for everyday wear. I was told that it was. When I went home and googled my prescription, I discovered that they were a type of progressive glasses. Something I did not want and something that the sales representative failed clarified. Also, when I went to pick up my glasses I discovered they were for everyday wear not just for the computer. I specifically asked for this so I could pick out the right frames. The whole experience was just upsetting. You go to what is supposed to be professionals in their field, but then you don't get guided with the right information. It is ridiculous!

Update: Manager Aracelis worked with me to get my prescription and glasses corrected. She was really nice and understanding. I was provided with the correct information to make my selection. Hope my glasses help me see better and have less headaches.
