My experience here was fantastic . From the eye doctor to the vision works side. All the employees were helpful and seemed happy to be there and help. I would definitely recommend them .
I do wish they had a lab on site or closer. Up to a 10 day wait for my glasses is fine just wish I could have them same day. They do offer a rush on a single pair. Which I did . I just needed 2 pairs one regular and the other sunglasses.

Make sure you purchase the Insurance they offer you. A few yrs ago I didn’t n my granddaughter “bit” my glasses scratching a lense. Had to purchase a new pair out of pocket. I recently needed a new script filled & purchased the Insurance. I’m Thankful that I did. I just went in & showed them a deep scratch in my New glasses. It’s covered and my new pair will be ready in about 2 wks!!!! No judgement, no problems!! Took less than 10 minutes !!

I stopped in as my frames had lost a screw. I was visiting the area and not a customer. The place was packed, but I was told that he could fix it quickly for me. I didn’t even have to wait. What great customer service!
