The entire experience from the moment we walked in the door was great! Very helpful opticians! Everyone who worked in the store was nice and helpful. Exam time was also great. Quinn did the pre testing and Dr. Rhodes explained everything and used up to date equipment making the whole process easy and accurate. The last step was having William do the measurements and order the glasses we picked out. He could not have been nicer. This establishment is a winner!

Lack of service.. I bought two glasses a few years ago in Hialeah Visionworks and honestly I had a very good experience, they wanted to help me and they really did. Today came to Port St Lucie Visionworks and the guy who attended me didn’t mind if was helped or not, he didn’t check with the manager if they could provide a specific service to me. Same company with different flexibility and better service.

Had a great experience last week at this store… They have a great collection of frames, the chairs are super comfortable, the store is beautiful and most importantly Quinn was outstanding !!! He was easy to talk to, patient, knowledgeable and overall just a great guy!! Thanks for taking such good care of us - can’t wait to get back there soon and pick up our new glasses ..

I walked in on Saturday, February 15 because I had dropped or lost my nose pads and Tessa assisted me she is a great representative of your location she treated me with kindness and respect and I wasn’t even charged for the service she was absolutely wonderful she’s a great employee and you should have more people like her working for you. I was very grateful and because of that now my mother-in-law my father-in-law are going to go get their glasses from your location and start your using your store for their services.

Easiest and fastest experience I have ever had purchasing glasses. I needed both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. Quinn checked my insurance and helped me save money since I was getting 2 pair.
Found lots of reasonable options for both pair and like the organization of the glasses as they are lined up by price.
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Picked up my sunglasses and I love them.

First time in this establishment... great experience from being greeted at the door and being directed right away to our appointment. Ms. Sandy was so helpful and sweet and made my husband and I comfortable with filling the forms and the pre test. Dr. Robert R.was nice and approachable and knowledgeable with our questions... felt at ease with his recommendations... Quinn was so helpful with picking out my frames... and he was very helpful and thorough. Glad to have been to this place... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE IN SEARCH FOR EYEWEAR!
