I was fortunate to meet Clark, and have him help me purchase my new glasses!
He was awesome! Friendly, courteous, and very professional! He even checked my insurance, and informed me of an amount that went towards my new glasses! He is highly knowledgeable of the product.

Everything! Customer service was great! Especially the two girls at the front desk and Clark, aside from Dr Karim Georgy, they helped us the most. They all went over and beyond in their service! Dr Karim Georgy was great all around! An eye doctor visit we actually enjoyed! Looking forward to going back to get our new frames.

Did not like the eye doctor attached to the Visionworks. He's a new guy. Wouldn't let me finish my questions before he butted in and started answering them. However, that is not Visionworks! Visionworks is lovely! They divide their glasses up by men and women's, and then they divide them up by size preference - rectangle, circular, cat eye, oval, square, etc. So, I already know that rectangle fits my face. When I walked in the door, it wasn't busy and an associate greeted me, pulled up my script and insurance, told me how much insurance paid and how much my lenses cost. That gave me an idea of how much I wanted to spend on frames, and I went straight to the rectangular section (which are also divided by price) and the associate helped me when I had questions about how the frames fit my face. I found the frames I wanted and within 30-35 minutes, I had picked out my frames and my glasses should be here in 3-7 days.
Perfect service, love how the frames are sorted; it makes it so easy to find your perfect frames in your price range, and they have such a wide selection! 5 star recommendation!

10/10, Clark was the kindest, most gentle, gentleman I’ve ever encountered. He was so helpful in making sure I had the best frame and that I utilized my vision benefits in a way that supported my vision needs. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience ever and I’ve been wearing glasses for 21 years! Can’t wait for my new prescription sunglasses!! Thanks Clark!
