My husband and I went to VisionWorks in Cape Coral to get new glasses with a new prescription. Micheal explained the set up in the store and provided us the time to browse their great selection of frames. He helped us pick out suitable frames and processed the order quickly. It was a great experience. We highly recommend VisionWorks!

I broke my glasses which were out of warranty. I called to see if I could purchase another frame and have my lenses place right away. Mike going my exact frames and placed my current lenses in within a few minutes. He was so fast and efficient. I was more than happy to pay for my frames but they provide them to me at no cost. I will always use Visionworks as the service is unmatched. Thank you so very much Mike.

Wow! I never review, however, my wife and I were in from out of town when she had an issue with her glasses pop up. Not being able to see while on vacation is not great. Thankfully, Visionworks and Mario had a plan. He fixed what I had considered to be unfixable and was more interested in being a good service store than payment.
Old school service is something I miss but was reminded today of how great it feels to have that kind of service again.

I had a fabulous experience here. I went in with my prescription & they helped me pick out my frame and went over my lens options with what my insurance covered. I also got 50% off my second pair. I will be back next year!

We stopped in to try and find new frames to fit my lenses bc they had broken and my current eye Dr retired. Mario went above and beyond to try and find a good fit. We ended up with new exams and glasses since my husband and I needed them anyway. Very helpful and professional staff.
