Parece un chiste pero a mi hija la llevé porque de la escuela le recomendaron usar lentes ok compre los lentes el seguro cubrió $100 yo pagué $300 al mes se rompieron recomendaron una visita extra para checar solo Dios sabe que mi hija entró no demoró ni un minuto dice que leo 5 letras y salió por eso me cobraron $70 en realidad estoy muy Molesta $70 dólares para entras 20 segundos que chiste Dios mío es todo un robo las gafas son de mala calidad

This appt was for my grandson. From the time we checked in. To the time I checked out.
Everyone was so nice and happy. They really make you feel like family.
Shannon the asst eye person was so nice and caring. You can tell that she loves her job and people. Dr Westcott was also so very nice snd caring.
The 2 ladies that check you in and the guy that sets up your glasses all nice and professional. Overall I highly recommend this eye place.

I had a little bit of a busy time so I had to wait a little, but it wasn’t terrible. The doctor I saw was great and so was the rest of the staff. In all my years, this is the clearest I’ve ever been able to see and for the first time 20/15 vision. They handled getting my insurance info and even figured out the best way for me to get glasses and contacts for the best price using my benefits. Definitely recommend also, they have big tall glasses, not something I find very often that they carry those for people like me.

They charged me a “medical visit” because I asked to sample different contacts. $187 for one minute of putting drops in my eyes and prescribing eye drops which I never used because there was nothing wrong with my eyes. I finally tried different contacts and they were perfect. Never coming here again.

I've been coming to this place for 9yrs, however the past 5 years
the service and quality of staff has Dropped Significantly. I've had so many problems but this week's was the last straw. They take my insurance but they only had 1 pair of glasses that were supposedly my child's size. I questioned the sizing at the time of ordering but was assured these would fit him. Well, as you can see from the top pair in the photo, how far they had to bend the glasses to fit around his little ears. That's ridiculous. The thing isn't that my insurance only covers 1 pair in the store, but that as others purchased frames, the store didn't replace those frame sizes. The store has 2 locations, and my family always goes to the 1 location. I was called that his glasses were ready for pickup on a Friday, but I couldn't make it that day. On Tuesday, I called and confirmed that I was coming in 2 hours for the frames and his fitting. When I arrived, they said they didn't have the glasses. Upon research, the glasses were at the other location. I spoke to 4 different people at both locations and everyone blamed someone else for the mishap, but Not 1 person apologized for their mistake and the extra hour of running around added to my day. No one said I'm so sorry, and how can we make this right. While the other store is 20 min away because of my location and picking up kids from school this added an hour to my day. They also tried to charge me an additional $70 for a 6 week follow-up to make sure that they got his prescription correct. If you need a follow-up because you're not confident that you got your job done correctly, then that should be complimentary, not an out of pocket cost.

As usual, I had a great experience at Visionary Eye care. The receptionists checked me in and out very efficiently and were very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Barto is amazing and had cured my dry eye. Sean was very helpful in adjusting my glasses.

I highly recommend them!
