This company was horrible. Pass over to Wyatt from Bruce. Wyatt gave me the run around several times before he came to fix my windshield. Then he burned the inside of my side window car frame. Do not hire

Well they did my shower doors..but the paid for mirrors...their service didn't measure properly 3x. Each time "sorry"...months of excuses. Then they refunded money and were again so apologetic. 'I want to make this better" the owner said so I waited more than a month. Today, I called..yup we can't do the work..So if this us what you want...This company has plenty..Of excuses. Call someone else

I had a frame that the mirror broke. Small job but huge sentimental value. I took it to Vision Glass Company and they were so professional. My car was in the shop and due to my work hours was unable to pick it up. Not only did they replace the mirror, they delivered it to my home and hung it in the wall. I felt like their most important client. Highly recommend!!!

I first reached out to Vision Glass and met the owner Kris in April. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded and got the work started. Half the work (replacing the glass in three windows) was completed soon after. The other half (replacing the window balances on 6 windows) has still not been done. There were issues with the supplier which I totally understand- they sent the wrong ones, plus there were delays in shipping. Then Vision Glass mistakenly ordered the wrong balances. I also won't fault them too hard for that as everyone makes mistakes. However last I heard from the administrative assistant is that they finally had the right balances and were planning to come out a few weeks ago. She said the previous delays in communication were related to COVID, which I also understand. Then I never heard from them again. I have called and left messages, and I've heard nothing back. I am giving 3 stars because they seem to have gone MIA without completing the work, but their initial work was good.

UPDATE: The owner and two workers came out to complete the job the same day I posted this review. They were super nice and worked fast. Apparently they are struggling pretty hard to find people to work. My windows are now "fixed" so they'll stay open, but a couple of them get crooked on the tracks when I try to put them down. The owner chalks it up to the type of balances that were installed and did not offer any alternatives to fix the problem. All in all, the finished job is not as stellar as I'd hoped, and their communication is spotty at best. 3 stars stands.
