This company rocks! Very good communication, quality work, trustworthy staff, and personnel.

I have worked with everyone in this shop including Kristin, William, and the Boss.

They created a brand new glass enclosure for me in 2020. When I remodeled in 2022, they came and removed my pristine shower enclosure and stored it for me until I had completed my remodel. They even came back and reinstalled my shower enclosure without issues.

I cannot stress enough how much I highly recommend this company! I will continue to network and recommend them for Central Florida and Orlando!

Amazing crew, Daniel and Luis did the installation with another guy sorry I do not know his name, but they all were very respectful, professional and they did a great job Kristy on the phone was also very professional. They are the way to go, I actually got 5 quotes for my shower door, they were a little be more expensive than most of the others but it is worth it. I have few more projects and I will definitely go with vertical & sower doors.

We have used this company for our homes and office for almost 20 years. It has maintained an exceptional level of service for all those years. Do not be confused by the name, they sell all types of blinds. we have purchased wood blinds, faux wood blinds, sun shades, etc. This time, we worked with Willy, who came to our home to expertly measure and give on point suggestions. He even came back for part of the install of a valance that I decided to add. It is clear that the company wants the products to work perfectly and the customer to be satisfied. They show pride in their work and how they handle the product and the entire process. Their products are of the highest quality, and the service cannot be improved. They take out the stress of measuring, installation, etc. Well worth it. I truly recommend this company. .

They are quick to take your money, but they are not quick to fix issues when they arise.

Ive left many messages on their phone, and i have called in many times.... the office will pick up and tell me they will reach out to me but that never happens. I also called his personal cell and left text messages and he does not answer.

They came out ONE time and then told me they have to get stuff at their warehouse. They will call back in a week.

It has been almost a month and no answer, nothing. I am truly dissapointed in your services and i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Again, they are quick to take your money and your business... but when warranty claim time comes up? GOOD LUCK!

I was doing a bathroom remodel and I shopped around and ultimately went with Verticals and Shower Doors Inc. they were extremely professional and prompt. The doors are so precise and amazing. Most importantly they asked me what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Everyone comments on how nice they look.
