I was really disappointed with my visit to this store. It only had a very limited selection of items, and the choices available were far from what you’d expect at an outlet. Most of the products seemed overpriced for their quality, and none of them felt like good deals. As an outlet shopper, I was hoping for deeper discounts and a wider variety of products, but unfortunately, this store didn’t deliver. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for the typical outlet shopping experience.

I purchased a bag and wanted to return. They said no and show me the receipt that states no refunds. But you only learn it after the purchase/transaction complete and get the receipt in your hand then it is too late. They never inform you about the refund process and they covered the 2 font refund policy on the desk with a mirror so you can't see it. This is a shady business. Manager knows about it. I am sure Vinyeland management knows too but they are quite!

The versace in Orlando premium outlets in Vineland is the WORST store I've EVER BEEN TO. I wish i could give negative stars!!! Their selection is scarce first of all. Me and my husband did well this year so we were going to get some stuff for my 40th birthday I wanted i love the brand. As soon as we walked in and I was greeted with a look I've never seen before a look of disdain. The woman walked up to me while I was looking at a purse that caught my eye and said "yea that purse is 485. we ARE having a sale for 40 percent off though " so I said "Ok, great thanks " price didn't seem terrible but she said it like I was supposed to be discouraged and leave. I went on to the apparel and perfumes (she followed me and I beleive she was taking pictures or something because heard snapping coming from her company phone ) I have all the versace perfume they had on display except one bright crystal (the darker pink color) so I proceeded to smell it, just to look up and see 3 of the 4 associates that were on the floor looking at me and my Husband. Now I am a Latina and my husband is a Afro Latino, we were dressed casual but not too casual. We didn't look homeless or poor but we were still discriminated and followed. for the record I AM A NURSE I MAKE GOOD MONEY AND I WAS GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY THERE, but after that harassment I decided to take my business elsewhere and I did not make a purchase. I will tell all my Doctor and Nurse friends what happened so they don't spend their money there either. That sales rep and her team doesn't want people of color in their stores apparently, even though they probably can't even afford what they sell on their salary. I hope your happy Versace on how you train your sales representatives on customer service do you make it a point to racially profile or was that just her enthusiasm to make a successful woman of color feel like you don't want us buying your brand? Your company will be very lucky if I don't make a video and TikTok post about the way I was treated. GOOD JOB 👍🏾🙄

I had a great experience shopping at Versace! Jiji and Asmae were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They really went out of their way to assist me and made the whole shopping experience memorable.

If you’re visiting, I highly recommend asking for them — they’ll definitely help you out a lot. Thank you both for your amazing service!

I’ve always had a great experience with Versace Orlando Outlet store! My sales associate Kelly has always been the best and always takes care of me in store and notifies me for new shipments all the time. Look for Kelly, she is the best associate ever.

Great service and assistance from Akiko! Excellent shopping experience. They have a good amount of items in stock in the back than aren't on display. Just ask them if they have what you are looking for and they can check stock on their phone. Also, ask them to look at the handbags and they will remove the wires and alarms so that you can try them on.

I purchased my handbag and had no box no certification card and no dust bag it felt like I purchased my items from the corner. I went back to the store and got a dust bag no box and then he gave me a used dust bag. He did not give me an explanation of why these items came like this. I really think that he really thought I did not know how these items come as and how they should be sold. Hmmm interesting. I am not a complainer but hmmm makes me think of what I purchased is even real.

Great store! A lot of these pieces and styles are the same as the Versace website, but nicely discounted. You're still going to pay $300 for a T-shirt, but you are buying Versace.
