The cashier was in experienced in her inventory. Offered me a bud that was not included in the 4 for 100$ sale then when I questioned admitted she made a mistake. Then told me prerolls were 3$ but my order rang up more than that and after the manager coming out twice to fix the price I just gave up and paid what it was. I got ripped off of a 1.60$ and I overall didn’t enjoy the experience

Very rude service. I was a long time customer when one day I placed a order and drove into town to pick up. I checked in outside via the email they sent me. I went inside and they said I had to show my id even though I checked in already which I was fine with. I was waiting for a clerk to serve me and a woman came in they checked her in and sent her back to get service when I said that I was there first the clerk said no I wasn't. I then said you know there are other dispensaries in town and the clerk said then why don't you leave and go to one. I guess that's the way they treat long time customers as this clerk waited on me numerous times in the past. So if your looking for rude treatment then this is the place.

7:00pm 11/23/24.

No front desk attendant. Story had people waiting to be checked in myself included then lady comes out to guy walking in and I was checked in second when it should’ve been me first. This is the second trulieve I’ve had issues with. I wouldn’t even be here if AYR had what I needed.
