¡FELICITACIONES POR TODO LO QUE HACEN CON GRAN PROFESIONALIDAD, DEDICACIÓN Y VOCACIÓN EN PRO DE LA EXCELENCIA EN LA REHABILITACION INTEGRAL DE LOS PACIENTES!
En el dia de ayer tuve la oportunidad de asistir a esta conocida y prestigiosa entidad para la rehabilitación ortopédica y la primera grata atención que recibí al entrar en el lobby de dicho centro fue la amable y familiar atención que recibí en el Front Desk por parte de las eficientes y agradables Funcionarias Geneueve y Janette, pues ambas me dispensaron al recibirme no solo una pertinente y amplia información sino que espontáneamente lo hicieron con mucha cordialidad y familiaridad que nos hizo sentir similarmente como si estuviéramos en presencia de nuestros familiares en la sala de nuestra propia casa. Pero también es digno resaltar en este mismo contexto que ambas funcionarias desempeñaron complementariamente a sus inherentes funciones la de servir de traductoras con el Técnico Especialista que me atendió; además es importante evidenciar que esta actividad de traducción la realizaron con gran dominio técnico en las materias de Ortopedia y Rehabilitacion Protésica; por lo que ambas representan un digno ejemplo a imitar por la espectacular e integral labor que desempeñan en ese conocido y prestigioso centro. Para ambas por sus excelentes valores reciban nuestras más sinceras y merecidas Felicitaciones no solo por el cumplimiento cabal y amable de sus funciones sino también por la vocación de alta sensibilidad humana que le dispensan a los pacientes; precisamente esta dualidad de bondades que ambas ostentan representa un binomio de magníficos valores que hace la diferencia en pro de la Excelencia Integral en la atención de los pacientes; pero además este tipo tan amable de atención evidente y psicológicamente contribuye como factor complementario a una buena evolución de los pacientes que son atendidos en ese conocido y prestigioso centro.
También en este marco resaltando la excelente atención que recibí por parte del equipo laboral en este conocido y prestigioso centro, es que haciendo honor a la verdad aprovecho la oportunidad para hacerle un merecido reconocimiento y felicitaciones a la Funcionaria Destiny la cual en varias ocasiones me ha dispensado telefónicamente una eficiente y gentil información que contribuyó significativamente a la óptima atención recibida
Finalmente me siento muy motivado en hacerle un pertinente y meritorio Reconocimiento y Felicitaciones al Técnico Especialista Sr. Michael Sosa pues me impresionó favorablemente ya que a pesar de ser joven, demostró durante mi consulta un óptimo nivel profesional en materia rehabilitacional ortopédica con un alto grado de amabilidad y mucha paciencia para optimizar los procederes técnicos tendientes a un exitoso resultado final en pro de mi rehabilitacion para una funcional y ergonómica deambulación que significa mejor calidad y condiciones de vida que en esencia significa una mayor salud.
Lógicamente después de recibir una excelente atención por parte del Equipo Laboral de dicha prestigiosa entidad, me permite inferir categóricamente que detrás existe una eficiente Gerencia que le da óptimo y cabal cumplimiento a los objetivos implícitos en la Misión y Visión de “Tropical Sky Orthotics & Prosthetics”

Mi experiencia con sky prothectic es muy buena especialmente Paola Rodriguez y michael Sosa me han ayudado muchos siempre pendiente de mi para mi cuidado del prothectico son muy profecionales gracias por siempre estar ahi para mi. .as de tres meses para q le hicieran la prótesis para el zapato de mi esposo. Tuvimos q llevar los papeles personalmente. Nunca llaman al paciente ni contestan los teléfonos. Terminamos cancelando y q solo le hicieran la plantilla para el zapato. No lo recomiendo.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend this well-known and prestigious entity for orthopedic rehabilitation and the first pleasant attention I received when I entered the lobby of said center was the friendly and familiar attention I received at the Front Desk from the efficient and pleasant Officials Geneueve and Janette, because both dispensed me with not only pertinent and extensive information when they received me, but they spontaneously did so with a lot of cordiality and familiarity that made us feel similarly as if we were in the presence of our relatives in the living room of our own house. But it is also worth noting in this same context that both officials performed, in addition to their inherent functions, that of serving as translators with the Specialist Technician who attended me; it is also important to show that this translation activity was carried out with great technical mastery in the subjects of Orthopedics and Prosthetic Rehabilitation; so both represent a worthy example to imitate for the spectacular and comprehensive work they carry out in that well-known and prestigious center. To both of them, for their excellent values, receive our most sincere and well-deserved congratulations, not only for the full and kind fulfillment of their functions, but also for the vocation of high human sensitivity that they dispense to patients; precisely this duality of benefits that both boast represents a binomial of magnificent values that makes the difference in favor of Integral Excellence in patient care; but in addition, this kind of care, evident and psychologically, contributes as a complementary factor to a good evolution of the patients who are treated in this well-known and prestigious center.
Also in this context, highlighting the excellent attention I received from the work team in this well-known and prestigious center, is that honoring the truth, I take the opportunity to give a well-deserved recognition and congratulations to the Destiny Official, who on several occasions has provided me with efficient and kind information by telephone that contributed significantly to the optimal attention received

I absolutely love everyone in the Kissimmee location! The two ladies up front, Vashti and Jannette, are so friendly and welcoming. They have always been super helpful whenever I called or dropped by asking about the status of my inserts. They explained everything to me from the insurance info to the making of the inserts to the shipping. They all were a pleasure to work with throughout my process.

Michael was super kind and patient with me when I was getting my mold made and also when my inserts came in and he needed to make adjustments. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's a rare thing these days to find people who are so caring, helpful, and knowledgeable!

I have to say that my dad went through so much ( 4 surgeries in less than a month ) and it’s being a long journey since then. When everything happened he was out of state and took him by surprise I had to start from scratch with no guidelines or help of what to do after his amputation when I brought him to Orlando, I found Doctor Edgar Guzman MD and his team that took his case and they recommended and referred me to Tropical Sky Orthotics & Prosthetics on that day as soon as I went out of his office not even 10 min after I received a call from Paola Rodriguez and she has been an angel in our life , her determination, her patience, her passion for helping us, her amazing knowledge and excellent service have made a big difference in this path. We have had also the opportunity to work with Danielle Mellina LCP and I’m definitely speechless of her caring, passion and dedication to help others going through this difficult process. Last week we had the delivery of his prosthetic and Danielle who’s been an advocate and important key in his progress went to his first therapy for the delivery of his prosthetic to make sure everything was perfect for him to start working with it. Thank you so much to all the team for the kindness, love and for making his life easier and more comfortable.
