Well what to say here, I purchased a pair over 5 years ago, they were prescription, they were good until the paint started to peel off, I alerted Torch and they sent me a new frame. They peeled again this made we wonder about their quality.
Then I scratched my prescription lenses and asked them to make me new prescription lenses however they told me that they couldn’t do that because the frames wouldn’t fit the lenses which is very odd because they sent me a new frame and I put my original lenses in there and they fit just fine so I was very confused there.
I let it go and about six months later I went back to them and I bought a new pair of prescription sunglasses different trim model. I didn’t need the paint peeling off again.
It took me over 60 days to get my second pair, which I complained about and emailed and texted torch and they said the lab was busy they sent them back due to issues with the glasses, I then had to wait another two weeks to get them.
When I finally got them something was off o tried wearing them for two weeks thinking maybe I need to get used to the new prescription, no that was not it they had not done the prescription correctly, i personally returned them to their office and informed the owner of the issues only after several text messages and emails.
He agreed and would have them redone, I called two weeks later and he again said lab was backed up and there not ready, truth he had not sent the glasses in, at this point I requested a refund he hung up on me.
He next texted me asking for a second chance I declined.
I had to wait another two weeks and the refund was only 2/3 of what I gave him.
I would be careful buying from this company!!!

This company is legit. My husband had a pair of sunglasses from them that lasted over 6 years. They eventually broke (one of the arms cracked after they were dropped on the ground) and Torch still stood by their warranty and replaced the glasses. The lenses are top quality and seem very durable and scratch resistant. You literally can't find anything better on the market. These sunglasses also have great polarization: we use them for fishing, hunting, offroading, rafting, all the sports.

I own 4 pairs. If someone put a pair of Oakleys and a pair of Torch sunglasses on a table for me to choose, I would take the Torch. These glasses are high quality Italian made eye-wear. This is evident the moment you take them out of the box. The hinges click into place and the polarized lenses really hold up to the Florida Sun. Oh yeah... and they look cool too.

In the one case where I had to reach out to customer care, Louis replied to me almost immediately and made the situation right on the spot. This company really stands behind their product and keeps quality at the forefront of their mission.

If I haven't already provided enough reasons, this is also a great opportunity to support a Florida (Local) based business. If you are perhaps on the fence about getting a pair of Torches, think no more, get them. My only problem now is figuring out what model and lens combo my fifth pair of Torches will be 😉

I recently purchased Torch DNA sunglasses for golf. Product style and protecting my eyes from the harmful rays of the sun were an important part of my decision. Upon receiving my glasses, I knew I had made the right decision. I absolutely love them! I use them daily and couldn’t be happier. Then I decided to see if there were other lenses I could get for cloudy days. I contacted customer service to inquire about my options and encountered incredible customer service. First, an actual person answered the phone within 2 rings (amazing, right!). I was provided details about the lens options, and the most amazing thing, I was talking to Louis Wellen, CEO of Torch. This encounter spoke volumes about the product, the company culture and the quality and commitment of its leader. So, bottom line, an excellence product and exceptional customer service!

Amazing product and amazing people! My husband wears Torch eyewear both for work and personal. He has tried all kinds of brands of glasses and they just do not seem to last. He loves the fact that you can replace the lenses as needed. He has one pair for work and one pair for everything else. After trying 2years to be fitted with contacts two optometrist later could not be done. Torch eyewear built me the perfect pair of glasses. A pair of Hot Box frames with my prescription amber light lenses polarized progressive, tran sitional lenses. They are perfect for all my activities in the woods on the water sitting in the house watching TV never have to worry about my glasses.
