This resort was fantastic. Pools were great with full sun all day and the beaches had direct walk in water access, plenty of activities for adults and kids at the property. Food was great with a bunch of options. Bartenders, Servers and Staff were great and everyone was super friendly. Not sure but i think most of the bad reviews of this resort are from when they were renovating. If i had to say 1 thing negative, the rooms are a bit small but that is because it is a renovated older resort, but it was a super nice room and bathroom and the view from balcony was amazing. I am Titanium Elite Marriott would absolutely stay here again.

Decided to stay at one of the newest resort properties in Islamorada, the Three Waters Resort and Marina (a rebuild of the old Postcard Resort). It is part of the Marriott Bonvoy collection so your Marriott benefits apply. In this case the Front Office Manager, Jonathan Parrales proved to be one of the most accommodating persons I have ever spoken to at a "Bonvoy" property. He was eager to make our stay even more wonderful by upgrading our room to a Suite in the "Atlantic Sunrise" building (which to me is the best choice to stay in). Easy access and literally 30 yards from the water.||The entire staff that we interacted with were remarkably kind, helpful and fun. Special shout out to our Mercado Morada breakfast service team, especially Dewa, an intern from Bali Indonesia who was great! Breakfast was delicious as well and Chef Tory (sp?) even came out to check on our meals. Only other meals we had on property were a great burger and wings at the Tiki Bar. Looking forward to their new Steak/Seafood restaurant opening soon. ||This resort does have a fairly high "resort fee" but in this case it does provide for some fun things, including SUP's, Kayaks, fishing equipment, local transportation van and an especially fun Water Taxi, the "Rum Runner"! We took a round trip cruise to their sister resorts in Islamorada (lasts about 90 minutes) and were able to experience the Atlantic side of the islands while enjoying BYOB drinks and fun conversation with Captain Rob and his charming mate! Take the time to do this at least once (it runs about three times a day). ||To close, this Resort is very well maintained, lovely and I highly recommend it.

I stayed in an ocean-facing room, and the views were stunning. However, for the price, I didn’t feel the value was there. I’ve stayed at other places in the Keys for a similar cost that offered much better amenities.

One major downside was the lack of storage—there was no dresser for my clothes, just a small space for hanging items. Additionally, the area between the bathroom and bedroom, where the safe, water, and coffee were located, had no lighting, making it difficult to see.

I was also surprised that the gym was entirely outdoors with very limited equipment.

The on-site food was hit or miss. Some dishes were good, but overall, the selection was lacking. One of their restaurants wasn’t open yet, which may have influenced my experience.

That said, the hotel staff was excellent—truly can’t say enough good things about them.

Overall, I would only stay here again because my favorite dive center is right next door. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere for better value.

We stayed at Three Waters Islamorada in early March 2025 in the Cove section, shortly after it reopened as part of a combined resort. It is now an extensive property; the pleasant but windy walk from the Cove to the end of the marina is a half mile. ||Room 7308, where we moved after concern about the unappealing view from 7202, was nicely designed inside and out. The main restaurant, Kindler, was not yet open; we did not eat at the other dining options that were open. |Staff were friendly, eager to atone for some of the shortcomings still present at reopening. The room water bottles did not twist open and were dated 10-11-2024. We responded to the pre-arrival email from the concierge and got a “Permanently failed” message. The sink stopper was impossible to move. There were ants in the kitchen area in our 3rd floor room. And there was annoying music playing in the common and parking areas. |The daily resort fee of $65 with taxes is, as elsewhere, a hidden charge that results in disrespect all around. We are thankful that some monetary relief was offered at checkout for these various inconveniences. The resort has potential, but we will be checking TA reviews for some upgrade commentaries before our next visit to Islamorada.

Именно под таким названием в марте 2025 мы забронировали свое пребывание в отеле. |Нужно сказать, что давно мечтала оказаться на одном из островов Флорида Кис, и наконец это случилось. |Курорт конечно очень неплохой, огромная территория, несколько бассейнов, ресторанов, баров, частный выход на пляж, территория вся ухоженная, но без «но» не обошлось. |В номерах отсутствуют халаты и тапочки. Возможно, когда вы приезжаете на пляжный отдых, вам тапки и халат не потребуются, но мне после душа халат обязателен, учитывая как во Флориде охлаждают помещения. |От кондиционера не было пульта. Вызвали человека отключить кондер, так мало того, что мы прождали его полтора часа, он еще и пришел неадекватным с краснеющими глазами и непониманием зачем отключать кондиционер. По-своему решил вопрос, пришлось потом самой отключать кондиционер. Но мастер еще раз вернулся, видимо, забыл что уже был у нас. Что они тут курят не знаю, но что-то похоже очень забористое. )) |Не поверите, белье постельное оказалось синтетическим! Это в отеле с претенциозным названием Tribute Portfolio Resort и недешевыми ценами за номера! Даже в Узбекистане, откуда я родом, самые простые трехзвездочные гостиницы приобретают хорошее сатиновое белье. А здесь 100% полиэстер! Стыдно должно быть, господа за такое белье! В общем, потеть пришлось всю ночь. |Ну, а в остальном все довольно мило и красиво. Постояльцам выдают браслеты с электронными ключами, удобно ими пользоваться. У каждого бассейна нет недостатка в свежих и чистых полотенцах.

Can’t comment on the rooms as we stayed on our boat at the marina. First and foremost, the staff was AWESOME! Everyone we met-from Corey and Phil on the dock, to Randy the shuttle driver, to the front desk folks ( who were kind enough to give us a tour of a room-which seemed nice) were pleasant, helpful, and determined to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Disappointments? Just a couple: a) one of the restaurants was still under construction and b) the outside complex music. Not sure who chose the driving, annoying songs or who decided it should be so loud, but we (and some folks we met at the dock while relaxing Oceanside) found it distracting. Can’t believe Marriott would be happy with the noise.We understand the desire for ambience but it should be background music at best. Thankfully, both of these can be fixed. We will be back again soon-and this time we are bringing friends!

Peggy’s kindness and genuine warmth were unmatched—she went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and even took the time to make us feel special with her thoughtful attention to detail. Mark was equally fantastic, radiating positivity and professionalism. He handled everything so efficiently, all while sharing a smile that brightened our day. He checked on us several times during our stay!

Together, Peggy and Mark created such a welcoming atmosphere that it set the perfect tone for our visit. Their combination of warmth, friendliness, and top-notch service made us feel truly valued.
