This company is a gem and I am very happy with the work they did on my sliding doors. From the very first call I made requesting an estimate, Jennifer was on top of her game, patiently explaining my options, answering all my questions and then setting up the appointment. Luis the technician was also very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and it's evident that he takes great pride in his work. They always answer the phone, give you a heads up when they're on their way, and do exactly what they say they're going to do. The experience with this company was so rewarding that it merited a review. The experience was one that we were once accustomed to but now is far and few between. When i first called them there was no answer other than a voice message to which i left a message and my phone number, thus thinking no one would get back to me. But to my surprise they returned my call within about 15 minutes. I talked to Jennifer, who was very professional and at the same time pleasing to talk to. Told her i was looking to have my sliding glass door refurbished. She made an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday. The day before Jennifer called me to remind me they will be there the next day. That was a pleasant surprise. The next day Jennifer called again to tell me the technician would be at my house within the next 15 minutes, which he was. So far, very impressed. It got better. The technician Louis came to my door, and I showed him my problem. He gave me a quote to replace the rollers and install an track overlay that was fair and reasonable. Asked when he could do it and he said now. Louis got his tools and his assistant and fixed our door like it was brand new. During the time he talked to me about his boat and his young child, all the time working diligently and professionally on our door. He didn't stop until everything worked 100% as it should. Took no short cuts. I cannot say enough about Louis, Jennifer, and this company. What a pleasure to do business with them.
