Update: Screen Shop has since come in and addressed everything outlined below. They're nice but I just wish it didn't have to be the process that it was. At the end of the day we got there and I have new windows.

Not sure how this company is in business. Initially, everything was great in dealing with Carl and receiving a quote. January 2021 was when I received the quote and immediately paid a deposit, I was told 8-12 weeks for installation. They told me at the end of July that the installation was complete and I paid the remaining balance. Throughout that time I had to be the one to call for updates and ask what was taking so long. I arrived in October to an unsatisfactory job, pictures attached as to what they considered "finished". Carl handled the complaint unprofessionally and I have not heard from him since. I now have been communicating with Fred who also isn't that responsive. I mean one side has a "finished" trim while the other side doesn't. It was a messy poorly done install. When paying a premium I would expect a premium product and service.

Attached are just a few pictures of a "finished" job. I have given this company numerous chances to correct the issues and take action and they have not therefore they now get a 1-star review. It's been over a year.

The Screen Shop is one of the top best companies to get your screen enclosures and windows done...they have excellent customer service and hospitality teachings that everyone could learn from them in general. The entire crew, from Fred to his workers to the representatives, made my family feel comfortable and right at home as part of their family or familia. Ever since, my family has been getting screen enclosures done, we don't use anyone else but The Screen Shop! We love the work that they do and the final product makes us enjoy being outside in the open air once more! Back in December, they put in our windows with the screen to match...it has truly made that area look more open from the inside to the outside. Recently, my family have had The Screen Shop to do an add-on screen enclosure that covers our pool communal area, which feels so relaxing now. If you wish to work with a company that does spectacular work and has excellent customer service, which makes you feel warm inside before and after the completed product is done, The Screen Shop is the one who my family would highly recommend doing business with!!!! You are more than welcomed to take a look at the before and after photos, where one shows The Screen Shop's crew hard at work!

They work at my house a couple years ago no I tried to schedule an estimate and for whatever reason you have to take the whole day off they do not come in the afternoon they do not work on the weekend it reminded me what happened a couple years ago and I just did not want to deal with it again I am very happy for them that they are so busy they just won't try to get a recurring customer last time it's because I was selling a house and I did this time I am selling a house again I want to put a screen closer before I sell it to try to raise the price it's all good I have somebody else and I know for sure that my next house if I sell it I will not ask them for an estimate

We had a great experience with The Screen Shop from start to finish. Carl came out to give us a quote and was very easy to work with. Our patio screen arrived within the timeframe promised and Danny did a great job on the installation!! We are very pleased with our screen and highly recommended Carl and his team at The Screen Shop! We will be using them again in the future for sure!

They replaced my sliding door wheels but after two weeks it started making noises like metal against metal so I called and they were out within 3 days and fixed it. Glad to give them a good review.

We recently had our living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors replaced for hurricane impact doors from the Screen Shop. They told us upfront it was going to take awhile to get the materials in, but always responded with updates. From. Fred orchestrating the the measuring and installers to the owner Carl we knew we chose the right company. CARL came out and inspected the job when the installers left ordered a couple of real nice finishing touches. The windows are high quality and look Awsome. Would recommend The Screen Shop to anyone, all day.

I have used this company before for hurricane shutter & window installation. Overall satisfactory with some bumps in the road. We just used them for a third time on a smaller job and were pleased with their scheduling, professional installation & follow up after the job was completed. They are striving to correct any weakness in customer satisfaction that happen in the past.

Well I'm glad that I'm not the only one who got bad service. Now I know it wasn't me. They were very nice before they got my first payment. Then they treated me like I was locked in now so there was no hospitality. I took off from work twice to meet the guy to get started on the job and he told me that he was not able to make it. Didn't call or anything. And was not sympathetic. If you have a small job, they put you on the back burner and will tell you straight up that their large jobs come first. I was so glad when I finally got the job completed and was finished dealing with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I agree that the woman that you speak to on the phone has no PR manners! You'd think they were giving you services for FREE!
