We took my 9-year-old nephew fishing with Ash and Nick and we all had a great time! Ash was so kind and patient teaching my nephew (and me!) the basics of bass fishing. My nephew loved it and I think he's caught the fishing fever! Thank you so much, Ash and Nick!

Couldn’t have a better experience! New to fishing but nick was patient and helped me find a perfect combo at a great price. Broke the tip on the first day and they swapped it out for a brand new one. Never going to bass pro shop again. 10/10

Amazing store!!! Has all my favorite lures, rods, reels, and soft plastics, the employees are amazing and I recommend this store to anyone who has any interest in fishing!

Here’s what the problem is :
I go in 12/21, ask this smart ass,skinny red haired kid a simple question “can you spool up some reels with braid, I have the braid”? This smart ass gives me “the look”, I explain to this know it all smart ass - I’m asking for a reason, everyone knows everything and I want to make sure you can do this. This smart ass, we’ll call him”chucky” tells me bring them .
12/22 - I bring reels and line… ol’ chucky here has zero clue how to do this - I explain, yesterday, you were the big man, you knew everything and you gave me an attitude when I asked you about spooling these - guess what ? Now you’ve got no clue…
What a giant waste of time…

I see your reply - funny, you didn’t mention my wife was with me ? Wonder why ? Yelling a cussing at a 17yr old ? Really ? I was in there for approx 3 mins - and all that took place in 3 mins ?

Fantastic customer service. Can’t remember the name of the guy who has helped me with the braided line and lure, but I promised I would post a photo of the result and here we are. Thanks for the amazing support and fishing tips. I caught this bass (photo) today. This is gonna be my first one store when it comes to buy fishing gear.

I'm visiting my family from out of town and jumped at the chance to grab some gear that isn't from a big box sporting goods store. The Florida Angler has all of the brands I've eyed online, but haven't seen in person. Nick was so helpful, gracious, and a blast to chat to while we shopped. The inventory is great with a lot to choose from and Nick's recommendations were exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to stop in again and be sure to say hi to the shop dog, Landon!

Great local shop to get fishing gear and terminal tackle. We’ve been here a few times before, but stopped in yesterday after wining a prize pack from them during a FB competition. We also got shirts for myself and my older daughter to help support the local business. The young guy there was very personable and friendly and was happy to chat with us and answer any questions we had.
