El señor que trabaja en esta tienda muy amable.
La señora de cabello largo de estatura alta ella salió caminando detrás de nosotros todo el tiempo, me sentí muy incomodo.
Señora, todo el que habla español no viene a robar, ella en cuanto hablamos giro a vernos y dejo de atender a otros dos clientes para seguirnos como si nosotros fuéramos ladrones y trajeras la señalizado en el rostro.
Además cuando se le dijo que no nos sentimos buen por esto ella sonrió como indicando que no le importaba y que esa es su tienda

DO NOT ever try going to this place to buy your sunglasses! I was scammed by buying an overpriced pair of sunglasses (more than $70 dollar of actual price of the RayBan sunglasses) and they don’t guarantee a refund or replacement of your item in other store in case you need to repair / replace. So, if you are visiting and buy in this place. And somehow your expensive sunglasses breaks. That’s the end! You lose your money!
I understand the company has it own policies but they should tell the client before they make a choice.

The lady that was there was rude! She acted like I couldn’t afford to be in the store. I bought the sunglasses I wanted and ignored her arrogant attitude. Seriously she works in a sunglasses shop. Lady you are not upper crust! Get off your attitude. Beyond rude. The guy is questioning me about what do I do for a living like is this your business my guy?

Very short and rude blonde lady. I went in to return a pair of sunglasses I have gotten from that same story the day before. She told me in a very nasty way that all sells are final. Which I didn't know that at the time. I didn't make a big deal about it. But overall I felt like this lady needs to learn some customers service. Not everyone are cheap. I wish I would had read the reviews first. I probably wouldn't have given them my business. I personally suggest skipping this store.

This store has a horrible atmosphere. The employees are rude and ignorant when it comes to customers viewing and handling their products. They give the impression that one is in the presence of rare priceless relics. When asked how much a specific pair of sunglasses were, a blonde worker responded "Expensive!" She was serious in her response. Completely rude.

Went in to replace a pair of Ray- Ban Clubmaster sunglasses. When told they had them in stock, I examined the offered pair and asked to clean them up, I'll wear them out. I have purchased this model 3106, a classic Ray-Ban style, many times over the years and know that they typically retail for about $153 - $160 a pair. Shame on me, without my reading glasses, I did not inspect their receipt, only to discover the next day that they charged my credit card $306, almost twice the street retail. Shoddy operation, stay clear.

Beware Tourist trap! Over from Tampa for the day and needed a new pair of sunglasses. I was talked out of a pair of Maui Jim’s which does have a life happens 2 yr warranty. They flat out lied to me about the warranty for Costas. Purchased a pair of thinking they had a lifetime warranty, then to read the fine print that it is a limited 2yr warranty. No wear or tear is covered. All sales are final per their receipts, I tried calling today but was hung up on by some man named “Maddison” whom asked for me to call back he was “busy with other customers” I asked for his manager or owners name and all I received was click. If you go into this store be prepared to be lied to and disrespected. Will be reporting to the BBB!

At entrance seemed nice and didn’t say anything about returns and looked online as we left store and within in hour tried to return and they said no exchange only and they called the manager! NEVER GO THERE TO BUY BECAUSE THRY ARE SELLING OVER PRICE! Talk about a tourist trap when they are the tourists I live in this state!
