First-rate! I have used Jean for many years. My husband also. She’s a perfectionist. No matter where we go, I get many compliments on my eyeglasses & sunglasses. Their eyewear is very fashionable & one of a kind! Jean treats her patients with so much care & compassion. We feel like family! Chris, the owner, is very hands on too. Have been using Specs Appeal Optical for around 15 years for all my glasses (TV, computer, & sunglasses). Both the owners, Chris and Karen are amazing! Their priority is always the clients needs and they will do everything to make sure you have the best lenses and glasses. Even though I moved away from Miami, Chris continues to work with my current eye doctor. I have a very difficult prescription and most opticals in Dade county could not do the lenses. Stefan is a true professional and worked very hard with the lab to get it done right. It was frustrating because it took about 3 weeks the first time it was not done correctly. However it was Baskin Palmer that got it wrong and a second prescription was needed.After 2 weeks it was done correctly. It is my understanding that this undertaking is labor intensive because any miscalculation will damage or break the the lenses and would need to be started again. The entire staff is hard working and very attentive and they were constantly calling me and providing updates.
I highly recommend this optical and they do great work.

What an absolute blessing Specs Appeal is. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and made to feel very comfortable, Chris , Karen , Valerie , Stefan , Colleen and the staff are all extremely patient and accommodating, Chris listened intently to my needs, and immediately picked the perfect pair for me. and he was willing to spend the time to explain every detail and every nuance of your frames lenses and prescription.
After suffering with my current prescription and frames, and going through the process with both For Eyes and vision works, I was at my wits end until a friend recommended specs appeal to me, and I will never go anywhere else now. I even have started to recommend specs appeal to my personal training clients only to find out that some of them are actually already clients of specs appeal !!
Scheduling the eye exam was very easy, the doctor is incredible, just had my extremely thorough eye exam today, and now I am simply waiting for my glasses to be made. I am looking forward to not only getting my glasses, but I also feel very comfortable knowing that Specs Appeal will be there for all of my needs in the future.

I just called in to the doctors office with a question, Stefan answered the phone, and the one question answer turned into a 30 minute discussion with him all about lenses , coatings , options, and other various optical related items. He answered all my questions and even offered up some answers in the most professional and informative way you could imagine. I felt so incredibly valued as a customer and as a person,.and I can assure you that you not would get this kind of attention nowhere else. The doctors office and specs appeal are A #1!!!
