Dr. Adam Ramsey and his staff are totally welcoming and professional. This is a small family owned business which goes out it's way to make their patients feel at home. Dr. Ramsey has state of the art equipment and takes time to personally explain the results of each test. I cannot recommend this optometrist or his technicians and office staff highly enough!

He is very helpful in explaining all options in lenses to allow me to see better and be comfortable. He’s also very knowledgeable and competent in his job. He found a little problem I was having with my eyes that I didn’t know about and was quick to find a solution. He was kind and very courteous to me. And less I forget to mention the advance technological tools he uses to provide accurate and precise information/ images about your individual case. What a pleasant experience I had today with Dr Ramsey. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by his two friendly colleagues. They took me back straight away to begin my testing. It was a very good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. They have state of the art diagnostic equipment. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Ramsey. He was very thorough. I definitely recommend. Also a generous selection of glasses.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I came in expecting a basic eye exam and an updated prescription, but instead felt like I was being sold to the entire time. The optometrist pushed a specific brand of daily lenses without asking me what I usually wear or explaining that contact lens prescriptions are brand specific.

Because of that, I walked out with a prescription I can’t even use to reorder my regular monthly lenses—the same ones I’ve worn comfortably for years. Now I either have to pay for another exam just to get fitted for the brand I actually want, or spend way more money on lenses I didn’t ask for.

It feels like they were more focused on upselling me than helping me. I won’t be coming back.

This is my follow-up appt with Dr. Ramsey and just as before the staff (including him) was polite, professional and cordial. Their demeanor matches the physical aesthetics of the office itself (which is very nice).

Dr. Ramsey balances details with efficiency well but is perfectly fine with breaking things down more elaborately should you have further questions.

It is a drive for me from Broward, but when I find providers I like, I tend to stay with them. Keep up up the great work Dr. Ramsey and all associates (I would put your names but I don’t have them 😅).
