Das Skigebiet ist super. Es gibt genügend schöne Pisten. Meistens blau oder rot. Sie sind gut zu fahren teilweise wirklich schön breit.
Schade finde ich das man oben immer von der einen zur anderen Bahn laufen muss. Auch von Neklid nach Zou Prahou muss man laufen. Von Mo-Fr standen wir kaum an. Man konnte direkt einsteigen. Am Samstag war es die Hölle. Teilweise wurde am Samstag die 4 er Sessel prima Express (A) Bahn nur mit 1 oder 2 Personen besetzt und die Bahn ist auch deutlich langsamer gefahren als die anderen Tage. Wir mussten dort 1 Stunde anstehen und auch die Auffahrt dauerte ewig.

Expect long queues for rental, slow Wifi, limited English communication, bad exchange rates (20% difference). Ski equipment quality was bad and old.
People look like they speak quite good German here.

All in all it has its plus and minuses.

Worst skiing experience of my life.
-1.5h waiting time to rent skis. The organisation of the ski rental place is a sad joke.
-everyone in the family got shoes or skis too big or too small due to lack of equipement.
-German tourists (mostly) who think that they are better than the rest of us. Or maybe they dont know the concept of waiting in line. Because of them the waiting line to the lift was over 1 hour.
-by the A lift there is a fast lane, but there are no signs for whom. Maybe its for ski schools, maybe for single skiers who should wait for free spots. We will never know because Ski Klinovec won't put up a sign there. What i saw was ski schools waiting 1 hour in line and people who lack morals and basic upbringing cutting the line.
-ski poles are a must when waiting for a lift because of the tilt.
-i have never seen a more uneaven lift exit area than the one up on Klinovec (lift A) which in itself causes people to lose balance. (Should be an easy fix).
-lift A feeds you directly into a crossing of people skiwalking from lifts BCDE to slope nr 1 which in combination with people crashing and others trying to make a quick 120 degree turn is a nightmare. Someone designing this should get a reward.
Sorry for beeing a Karen but today was everything but a relaxing day.
The views from Klinovec are nice.
P.s. while renting skis doublecheck that you are paying the right amount (you have 1.5 hour to count how much you should be paying). A guy there tried to charge us too much.

Der privat Unterricht für meine Kinder war gut organisiert, wenn man denn wusste wo man hin muss. Meeting Point 1 gut ausgeschildert. Point 2 war dann direkt hinter dem Haus, leider nicht ausgeschildert. Der Mitarbeit beim Skipass Verkauf schickte uns vor das Haus und erst bei erneuten Nachfrage beim Ski verleih wurden wir an den richtigen Platz geschickt. Der Kinderpark ist klein aber gut gestaltet. Unten beim Sessellift benötigt man Geduld. Die Lehrer waren freundlich und motiviert.

We've paid 2 hours training for our kid in the middle of the day (some days in advance). Unfortunately, the kid woke up with hight temperature and we could not go. For the ask to (not even return money) move the training in a week or 2, we've received that all changes we had to make 24 hours in advance in not the best polite manner. Never again!

I want to file a complaint about the rule that children are not allowed to ski on the children’s slopes on weekends unless they have an instructor.

We were visiting for the first time and were unaware of such regulations. We had already rented the equipment, and when we tried to access the children’s area, we were met with rude responses.

What is the point of renting out equipment if children have nowhere to ski?

I consider this discrimination because I am forced to spend money on an instructor; otherwise, we cannot access the children’s area. This is simply disgraceful!

Tolles Skigebiet für 1-3 Tage. Alles mit Sesselliften ausgestattet. Pisten gut präpariert. Bin immer wieder gern dort.
Leider steht man an den Hauptliften häufig länger an. Das muss man in Kauf nehmen. Auf den Pisten verteilt es sich aber ganz gut.
