So far, so good. They were professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They replaced my windshield quickly. It looks great! They said if I have questions or any issue, to call them. They also handled the insurance part so it was very easy on my end.

Definitely don't recommend this company. The first time they came out, the guy put the windshield in crooked. So he came back out to put it in straight, and ended up scuffing the dashboard and rails with his tools. He also ripped a weather strip located underneath the windshield and dash as seen in the photos. I've contacted this company several times about it. They've never come up with a resolution, It's been close to a year already since the work was done.

I was at work and my girlfriend had signed off for me, told me immediately after signing they rolled out their tools and got to work! Only took about 30-45 to do and came home to a beautiful no spot and not a single streak windshield. Would use and recommend again!

Great experience from scheduling to service. Tech arrived on time and communicated prior to appt. Job took a little longer than estimated, but when I checked on progress the tech wasn’t standing around or anything. He did leave behind a few small pieces of debris, but the area was nicely cleaned. My only critique was that the tech did not have any company logo apparel on. Might not be required, but that did make it feel less official.

I set up the appointment they came right to my house fixed the windshield within 30 minutes I was back on the road they did an excellent job and was very professional I would definitely choose this place again

I contacted three other companies before I found Same Day Windshield .. The other companies were wasting my time asking 100 questions instead of being able to simply tell me whether or not they had somebody in the area and when they could come by. These folks did a fantastic job and did not waste my time unnecessarily like their competitors did. I rarely give out five stars, but this group deserved it.

Same Day Windshield was fantastic! They were incredibly quick and took care of everything with my insurance company, making the process so smooth. Communication was a breeze—they were able to respond quickly via text or email once I had someone assigned to my case. What really impressed me was how fast they got the job done. I have a Ford F-150, and I was told the windshield with the logo normally takes 5-6 days to get, but they had it the very next day! Highly recommend their service for anyone needing a quick and seamless windshield replacement.

I had two separate technicians. One installed the windshield and the other calibrated the rear view camera that is on the rear view mirror. Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The only issue is that unfortunately I live in a relatively small town and I had to wait 7 days from my call to get a technician to me. I could have had a technician earlier if I was willing to travel about 25 mins as the guy that replaces the windshields only works in my area 1 day a week. I called on a Tuesday and could not get a person out to the following Tuesday. The other issue was that the guy who was to calibrate my camera could not make it out to me the same day my windshield was replaced because at that time he was close to 3 hours away. So I had to have him come over the following morning. Only took him 15 mins or so but I had to have my wife rearrange her schedule to make this happen as I was going to be at work. I'm still going to give a 5 star review because the installers called me and kept me informed on their times. They were professional, courteous and they did a good job. Things happen and not everything happens right away. Sometimes there's an inconvenience, it happens.
