I had previous appointment that was canceled due to the windshield being out of stock. (not delivered on time)
I was given the opportunity to go to Kissimmee (not an option for me!)
I was given a new appointment that we both agreed on.
I received a courtesy call the day prior to my installation .
Nick was phenomenal!!!!
It would be several hours.
I opted to walk to a nearby theater.
This was perfect timing, just as my movie ended, I received notification from Nick that my truck was ready.
Other than some dust residue on my dashboard, I gave no complaints.
I went straight to the nearby car Wash and vaccines it out. No Wash, as instructed by Nick.
I’m 100% satisfies with his expertise, his professionalism and his manners.

Marc was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, his kindnesses and overall the impressive quality of the finished work he performed. The crack repairs vanished! Is crystals clear and I can not identify where was the damage. Never met someone with the talent and perfectionist as him. PLEASE, LET HIM KNOW HOW GREATFUL WE ARE FOR HAVING HIM AS A SAFELITE PROFESSIONAL CREW. AMAZINGLY IMPRESSIVE!!

I had a mostly great experience. I hate that I couldn't get a mobile service since I live almost 30 miles away, but that is life. I scheduled for a replacement and got there to find out they had me listed for an inspection and I would need to return for a replacement if one was needed. I was unhappy. The woman at the desk was quite helpful and got me rescheduled appropriately.
I returned on a Saturday afternoon and waited for the car. It took maybe 90 minutes total from arrival to departure. I have no complaints!!! My tech was fabulous and professional. The receptionist was fabulous and professional. I had a great experience.

Wow! These guys (and gal!) mean business.
Everyone was friendly and nice, while making sure every single customer was tended to almost as soon as their foot came in the door! I was shocked to see the parking lot basically overflowing with vehicles when I arrived. There were so many jobs ahead of me, I had to park alongside the building, not in a proper spot. I thought, "oh great, I'll be here forever!" This was at 1:45pm on a Thursday, by the way. I gathered my things and entered the lobby, not a single person was waiting to be helped. They'd all been helped already. I walked right up, and the wonderful woman behind the counter was on the phone with a customer. She acknowledged me right away, and said 'just a sec' with a smile. It was only a. Moment and she saw to me. "Appt at 2: okay, tech will be right with you: thanks: thanks'.... You get it. She was nice and cheerful even though there were so many jobs at hand! After a few minutes the tech came in and got my keys and told me the usual 2-2.5 hours. This surprised me, I was expecting a longer wait. I forget names, I'm sorry! But he was awesome, really nice and very positive etc. o was amazed by how friendly everyone was being. So I started my wait. Lol... Had a few phone calls and such to make, walked around, and already saw him pulling my vehicle into the garage stall. (2008 Buick Enclave CX btw, large SUV so... big windshield! Lol)... I don't even think 2 hours went by, but I had made my way into the lobby and had a seat. Which was totally cleared out now! They really mean business here! As I say for the final bit of my wait, I overheard the employees behind the counter all making calls and conversing etc. they would intermittently have little talks between jobs and all that. They were comical and funny with each other and really did have primary focus on any work stuff. It was a pleasant wait!
And in no time, the tech called me and had my car around! Handed me keys, told me the do/don'ts and all. Jokingly, I said, "I'm going to look over every inch of it!" Not missing a beat he said to go right ahead and take pictures too! Of course it looks fine and we parted laughing farewells.
The service, wait, and results all speak for themselves in terms of the business and work.
