My driver's side power window on my Crown Vic - motor wasn't working & the window shattered while I tried to get it back up. I searched & Noone was available to fix so close to Christmas. I called SafeGuard, Carlos- who already was out working calls for the day said he would try. Half hour later he made some time to come directly to the house- he fixed the motor regulator assembly and replaced the window, all in just an hour- actually 50- 55 minutes. Very friendly- & he did an excellent job. I highly recommend.

The gentlemen at the shop found a leak in my back cap break light. Proceeded to “fix” it by removing the entire seal and affixing the light to the cab using windshield glue. Completely ruined the cab of my truck and didn’t fix the seal. Water continued to leak into the cab and further damaged the interior. The gentlemen denied having glued the light to the cab and refused any refund. The truck had to be taken to another garage. The new garage had to sand down the residual glue as best they could but it can never be fully removed.

The glass on my truck shattered mysteriously while my neighbor was cutting his grass.

I called my insurance and I had a $500 deductible, they transferred me to Safelight who conveniently quoted me $483, a little less than my deductible.

I had my doubts so I called around a few places. I called Safe Guard Auto Repair and it was the least expensive. Almost $200 less. I spoke to Carlos, who also said he could get me in the same day, but we couldn’t take off work.

Carlos texted me the address and communicated with me through text after speaking to him over the phone . We took the car the next day and the car window was fixed promptly. Less than an hour. I’m so happy that we called and extremely happy with the service. Carlos was extremely professional and courteous. We will be keeping his information to refer people if they need glass repair.

The experience was smooth and swift. SafeGuard made sure to change the window shield and calibrate all in the same day. They even changed my car battery for me, and went up and beyond with their customer service!

Highly recommend! Noticed a crack in my rear driver side window, called the night before made an appointment for the next day at 9 AM and had it repaired. Establishment is clean and it took less than one hour. Fast friendly service. Why would you go anywhere else?
