Royal palm aluminum is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. As A owner builder I brought my set of blueprints to them. Sat down with one of their sales reps for two hours he wrote down all of the measurements off of my blueprints. At the end of the two hours, I signed a contract to move forward with them and gave them a deposit. once the windows started arriving, the measurements were completely wrong. The owner of royal palm aluminum would not stand behind it because he said as the property owner, I should have gone over what their sales rep wrote down. It was clearly their sales rep that messed up the measurements. I Would not recommend them to anybody.!! This picture is just an example when they installed my sliding doors that met together in the corner. This is what I ended up with. Now remind you, this was a brand new construction build.

We recently had new sliding glass doors installed at our home. Because of a minor issue, Charlie and Wayne were assigned to correct the issue. We could not be more pleased. by the work that they did.The job is now perfect thanks to them..
The entire experience with RPA was wonderful. I whole heartedly recommend them..

Unfortunately I thought my contrator would install ESW windows that I ordered from RPA rather than having RPA do it. After 2 months of asking them to finish the project I called RPA and scheduled an appointment. Charlie and Mark finished up in 2 hours what I had been waiting for since the end of November!! They were polite, professional and I give them the highest rating!! I wish I had hired them to begin with.

From the sales agent Casey who stayed throughout entire process as point of contact to the install team and to those involved in follow up finishing detail work they are a pleasure to work with.All 40 yr old windows and doors were replaced with hurricane impact rated material and our new front door and sidelights are never spared a very positive feedback comment we get from anyone who enters our home. Terrible company do do business with. I spent 120K on windows with this company and they refused to warranty two defective windows on my house. Very discouraging and disappointing experience.

Update as of 7/11/24: royal palm delivered two new sliders of which one was damaged with scratched glass and touch up paint on the frame. Not sure if customers generally have such a low expectation that this is acceptable but I continue to be very unhappy. I asked my service representative for contact information for the owner but he would not provide. I'm now paying for a third party company to come and repair the windows. I continue to be amazed at the poor level of quality and customer satisfaction that this company provides. Interestingly, in many years of providing feedback I believe this is only the second negative response I have provided. I see many positive reviews of Royal Palm but it's clear to me that they're acceptable for small jobs but not a large home.

I have been searching for a window company for 6 -7 years now. I signed two contracts with other companies, and they reneged on the deal. I was recently referred to by a friend about Royal Palm Aluminum. I followed up with them spoke with Casey. Have them come out and give me an appraisal. Everything moved along great. finally, a window company we signed the contract and move forward. Everything that Casey had promised me came through.The timeframe for the installation and permit all moved
Quickly. We had a few problems with the installation, but Casey and his people were hands on the overall completion of the job. Customer service was 100% satisfaction. I have no problem referring Royal Palm Aluminum to any of my friends, or anyone interested in getting windows. Great job guys way to follow up. Thanks Mark for the final punch.🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
