Wow! I am delighted we chose Rice Windows and Doors to install impact resistant 10 windows and 3 sliders. The installers, Morgan and Kevin did a perfect job. The inspector even complimented the quality of their work. They arrived by 8am each of the three mornings. Everything about their work was excellent, quiet, clean, polite...very professional.
My experience with the salesman Tyler and everyone else was outstanding. Thanks to the people at Rice. I highly recommend them if you're looking for impact windows and doors.

We just had Rice Windows and Doors install impact resistant replacement windows. They look great and the quality is excellent.
Rice has been very good to work with and the price was right.
We were very pleased to have Patrick and Kevin as our installers.They came on time, very polite and experts at window installation and gave helpful information about the function of the windows. They worked right through without stopping for lunch.

I’m more than happy to share my good experience with Rice Windows and Doors. From the beginning Tayler explained the multiple options that I had to replace all my windows. He took care of the city permit and keep me informed about the entire process.
About the installation, I’m just impressed how John and Luis did all the work in 1 and a half day. One entire day to change all my 8 windows, and other half day to install the sliding door. I must say the windows and the door look amazing🤩.
I am very thrilled how the installers took every detail in consideration, they cleaned using vacuums. Also I was impressed how my wall paint was intact, not even one scratch, they both had really care to not broke anything.
I highly recommend this company if you consider get impact windows and even more recommend Luis and John for the installation, It’s hard to beat this two highly experienced installers.

Recently had hurricane windows installed on three of my duplexes. Overall amazing experience with all the employees at Rice, especially the installers Mark and Wolf!! These two do great work. Not hard to tell that they care about the work they do and the final product they deliver to the customer. They are very courteous and keep a clean work area. And the windows look amazing finished off with some nice neat silicone. Highly recommend Rice windows and doors for your next project!! And ask for Mark and Wolf!!

5/5 Stars – Rice Windows and Doors: Window Warriors, Door Champions

After 4 quotes and comparing prices, I finally decided to go with Rice Windows and Doors, and let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park.

First off, their price was way more competitive than that big box store with the orange logo that shall remain nameless (because honestly, I don’t want to get too sued). Not only did they give me a quote for the windows, but they also included the service door—that other place left it out of the quote, and when I followed up, I found out it’d be another $2000 just for that door. So, yeah, no thanks.

And here's where Rice really flexed: they came in $8,200 less than that well-known local company with the red logo and initials
of "SS" (I’m not naming names, but you know who I’m talking about). And guess what? They were gonna use EAS windows. I’m not saying they’re bad windows, but are they $8200 better than PGT. Ill never know

And of course, there was the third company that floods local TV commercials like it's going out of style. Their prices were nearly identical to Rice’s, but guess what? They were using ES windows that weren’t insulated like the PGT's we ended up going with. Id rather have a little more comfort for nearly the same price.

Now, for the real kicker: install day. Smooth as butter. Seriously. Three days, all windows, a slider, and the service door. The installation crew was sharp—no random Craigslist workers, no shoddy job. This was the real deal. After that, their punch list team came in and cleaned everything up in about 2 hours.

I placed the order in late November, and by mid-January, I had shiny new windows and a perfectly installed door. Talk about efficiency!

So if you want a stress-free window experience, look no further than Rice Windows.

TL;DR: Great price, great service, great product. Go Rice, or be stuck with orange logos and pricey door add-ons.
