Excellent service and care from Renn Haus! Every detail from making the initial appointment, to customer care and workmanship, the staff was very friendly and efficient! I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. They changed the oil & filter and did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle. I was given a full report along with a written quote for any further service recommendations. I was very impressed with their shop, the staff really cares for their customers, they even covered my seat and floor mat to make sure it stayed clean. The pricing was very fair and they even offered a free car wash. I’m so glad I discovered Renn Haus and highly recommend them for automotive services. Thanks, keep up the great work!

I was 15 minutes late. They were very gracious. They got my car serviced. They were very thorough even taking pictures of the issues that they found with the vehicle and an estimate of what it’s going to cost to fix them and how urgent the repairs are. I cannot find one single fault about the way my first experience went with Renn Haus. Jack was amazing to work with. He stayed in constant contact with me through the entire 3 days that my car needed to be in service. But more importantly, my 2013 Audi has never driven so well after getting it back from any service it had ever required, including that from the any dealership that worked on my car. I was extremely satisfied with the exceptional service and attention to detail with my first service visit for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. A diagnostic assessment was performed on my vehicle, a 2019 Audi A4 which I purchased from my brother who takes immaculate care of all his vehicles he has owned.
