I live in the Treasure Coast but do mind driving to Dr McConnell’s office. She always works with her heart, very professional and very intelligent. The new girl at the front desk (Chau) is very organized and polite. I recommended Dr McConnell to few of my friends and they’re very thankful to have her. One friend in particular who Dr. McConnell made the correct diagnosis, referred him to an ophthalmologist where he had a procedure that markedly improved his eyesight!

Dr. McConnell is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. I've been seeing her for at least 5 years. She really takes her time and really listens to what you say to make sure that you are getting what you need. She is kind, sweet, and personable. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. McConnell at Private Eyes Optical despite my having convinced myself that I was destined to forever have blurry vision. Dr. McConnell was patient and kind and encouraged me to take my time when the best of the two optical choices was not apparent. And In fact, thanks to Dr. McConnell’s  effort, the script she prepared for my glasses cured my blurry vision! Thank you Dr. McConnell!

Dr. McConnell is wonderful. Her bedside manner works well with our whole family and her professionalism is balanced by her easy going and friendly nature. She has a great selection of frames in her office and her staff is very helpful too. You cannot find a better place for all of your eye care needs.
