While the office appears to be well-organized and efficient, I had a negative experience regarding billing. We were charged for lab work that the doctor assured us would be covered by our insurance. Despite reaching out multiple times over nearly three months, I only received a response when the office manager called back and stated the bill was accurate. I repeatedly explained that we had the lab work done based on their recommendation and that it should be covered by our insurance. After three months of back-and-forth, the office informed me that they had no control over the lab's billing and could not assist further. This lack of resolution was frustrating and left me feeling disappointed. This will unfortunately be our first and last visit to this office.

I visited this location three times: once for an emergency visit, once for a physical, and once for a regular appointment. While the staff and doctors were pleasant, the billing process has been a complete nightmare.

I was charged for a service that should have been covered by insurance. Resolving this issue required weeks of repeated calls and messages, many of which went unanswered. After speaking to multiple people and explaining the issue many times, I was finally promised a refund. However, it took a month to receive, and even then, they deducted an amount for another visit without ever sending me a bill for that service.

To make matters worse, I was required to schedule another appointment (and pay another fee) just to have a form filled out for my physical—a form for the same service they overcharged me for and that other doctors have completed in the past without requiring an office visit.

What’s even more frustrating is that they ask for positive ratings upfront. I personally believe a good rating should be earned through consistent, quality service over time—not requested on a first visit.

This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I will not be returning to this practice.

Shannon Ross, NP for the weight loss clinic, is excellent. She takes the time to listen to your needs and tailors the program which is giving me great results in just the first month. All of the staff are courteous, respectful, and smiling. Great overall experience. All doctor’s offices should emulate the design and rapport they build with each client

This was my 1st visit, as I was looking for a new Dr. in my area. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, lab tech and the Dr. were so accommodating and the kindest people ever!

From helping me with the registration and signing in with electronics (I was clueless) to helping me to calmly breath to get the lowest blood pressure reading, to listening to my concerns and questions and to the lab tech who drew my blood and I didn’t even feel the prick…there was kindness shown all around!

Most important, the Dr. spent all the time needed to review everything, ask and answer questions and to make future suggestions!

Alexa was absolutely the sweetest, most understanding of my specific concerns and I was sold on this practice before our session was even half over!
