This is Tiffany. Anyone that gives this place a bad review is just lying. They are the most caring company i have ever been to. I have been going to them for years now and have not had one problem. They have worked with me in regards to me putting stuff in pawns, whether it's Extensions or a higher price for my pawn than what most places I have ever been to. Also I get good prices on nice gold Jewelry. I would say I almost feel like family because I'm in there so much. They take what they do very seriously and will not jerk you around. Love you guys. Presto pawn has to be the best pawn shop in lake worth hands down they are very accurate in pricing and are willing to work with you best loan percentage in town I wanted a specific ring and the owner Bill went out of his way to find it for me at a great price also the staff here are great always ready to help with a positive attitude thanks Karren Martin and Ely for your great services I will definitely keep referring friends and family here thanks!!!

I love Presto Pawn. I have purchased several items, and pawned items also. They are so friendly. They are always helpful. My name is Chris and I just recently bought a gold chain there about 2 and a 1/2 months ago And I was highly overcharged and taken advantage of I did not know what gold cost I was getting it for my boyfriend and i was told thisbwas a really good price $2500,00 BUT AS I WENT HOME I KEARNED THAT WAS WAY OVER CHARGE FOR A 10K 33 GRAM CHAIN CUBIN AND AS I LEARNED MORE AND MORE I SHOULD HAVE PAID ABOUT 1200$ OR NO MORE THAN 1500$ BUT ALSO THE CHAIN BROKE 2 MONTH AFTER HAVE IT AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT UNLESS I PAID 500$ TO FIX NEVER GO TO THIS PWN SHOP TO GET ANYTHING THEM WILL TAKE ADVANGE OF YOU OR SCAM U

This place is straight up sanitation. I don't even want to put one star just to leave a comment. Heres my opinion👎💩👎💩👎💩👎💩👎💩. They will try you with drug addict offers. And the price for their items are even worse you might as well go buy yourself a new one. You have more chances of getting more money from a homeless person then this place. I would recommend value pawn or cash America at least there not bios and rob you the with your merchandise. Whoever is leaving these 5 star reviews must be on drugs, desperate or just stupid. I meant every word i said. I rest my case from reply i got from the owner regarding the review i posted. Since they call our property "garbage" now you know what they think of you and there customers property... Garbage!!!
