Went here 4pm on a Friday afternoon for an emergency repair. Cam back 45 minutes later, glasses were repaired, cleaned and didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend for their excellent customer service

Very poor experience, very little help, basic indifference and uncaring attitude. Only went there because insurance was accepted, but price increased significantly from price shown as a result. Promised 7-10 days, even after follow up as I was traveling, but did not get a call until I was 4 days into my trip. When I went to pick up- no inventory, and notice on door lease was not renewed- I asked where they were moving, and no address was available. I do not believe the glasses I picked up were the frames I chose, and quality of glass is poor even though I paid for upgrade. Beware!

This is a Great Place. All 3 Gentlemen are Good looking. Very much a pleasant place. When you walk on it's just calming energy. Chris helped me pic out glass and he also helped with the tint. Chris also stood on the phone with my insurance the and made sure I was entered into the system. Thank you Guy's so much. Chris thank you for the extra miles.

I love Precision Vision! They have a great selection of frames and amazing prices. They have amazing customer service thank you Chris, Christian, Robert and Fred you guys are awesome. I would recommend Precision Vision to all my family and friends be it an eye exam, contact lenses, a single frame, a single temple, or a few pair of glasses. They have something for everyone and every budget. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor and quality affordable eyewear then this is the place!

Well, I feel like been screwed.
I can't see any better with my glasses. And I went through my insurance boy today. Screw me a tack on a $120. Extra and to And can't see any better with these glasses feel like I was ripped off. Don't go there.theseglasse

Dropped in today with a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that needed a minor repair. Despite the fact that I did not purchase the sunglasses from Precision Vision, I was greeted with a smile, the glasses were fixed within minutes, and there was no charge. Old-fashioned customer service at its best. These are good people!

Dr. Carlo Fodor is the BEST optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Please do not waste your time & money on any other eye doctor! We are so very lucky to have him here in Vero Beach. I say that with confidence because I have seen a total of 7 eye doctors (4 of the 7 in Vero Beach) & none of them could get my prescription correct. Dr. Fodor got it absolutely perfect on the first visit! I went years seeing blurry & double vision in my left eye. Dr. Fodor actually took the time to listen to my concerns & what I was experiencing & conducted the most extensive eye exam I have ever had in my entire life. It was obvious that he genuinely cared enough to figure out what was going on with my eyes & literally did not give up until he got my prescription correct. He was very professional & pricing was very fair. His eye assistant Chris was very knowledgeable, patient & the measurements of my progressive lenses were exact. When I picked up my glasses & tried them on I couldn't believe I could finally see clear again! Dr. Fodor and his team did what no one else could do. They are AMAZING & I can never thank them enough!
