We had a general contractor refuse to come fix the glass enclosure he did for us when it was leaking and damaging the adjacent walls. Precision Glass and Mirror helped me brainstorm over the phone how I could fix it myself or hire them to come and fix it. We decided to have them fix it since it is what they do. The father son team was super friendly, on time, noticed the issues instantly (even the ones that weren't obvious), and fixed it all up in under an hour. I felt that this job would be too small for them to bother with, but they helped me out when I just wasn't sure what to do to fix the very imperfect job the previous business did. Thanks so much for all of your help!

Can’t say enough about my experience with Precision Mirror and Glass. From the initial phone call to set up an entire mirrored wall removal to Ben and Zack, the techs that came to remove it we are talking A+ experience. Had called another company and they told me they could be here in 2 weeks and at 10x the price...guessing they didn’t want the job. I have more work to do and will call again but especially wanted to write a positive review because they deserve it.

We recently bought our first home and it had a large triangular window that needed replacing. We called three different companies and Precision Glass and Mirror was the only ones to respond. Not only that but one of their people came by after hours to give us a free estimate that day! To top it all off not only did he give up three different options he also explained what we would need to do it we wanted to install it ourselves. We decided we did not want to have a tinted window which meant we would be replacing the matching window that was perfectly fine, however they suggested we try scraping the old tent off! This not only worked well but saved us (cost them) $250! They could have easily have made an extra 300-600 dollars off us, but instead they chose to help us. Precision bent over backwards to save us time and most importantly money! I can't stress enough how professional and fast they were.

Ordered 2 glass shelves for a wine rack conversion project in my kitchen. Called in the order; the receptionist was friendly, answered my questions, received my dimensions and specifics, and immediately gave me a price which I felt was fair.
