Came here for glasses and the staff was very friendly and store clean and new. The doctors were very thorough with their eye exam. I was very impressed with the selection of glasses to choose from. My glasses were picked and completed in a very short period of time. When I returned to pick them up the staff were very helpful with making sure that my glasses were perfect. I highly recommend coming here it was an amazing experience from start to finish.

I recently visited planet vision and had a remarkably positive experience with everyone. They far exceeded my expectations and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I truly appreciate the doctor, Yocelin and Kayla for making me feel comfortable and providing the best eye glasses for me. Definitely recommend this place as they provide the best care possible. Everyone in the office is super nice and super thorough. I’ve been wearing glasses since 3rd grade and contacts since 11 and I’ve honestly never had such a thorough eye exam. They answered all my questions and patiently explained everything to me! I’m so happy to have found them and would recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: Dr. Pham was so gentle putting plugs in my eyes. Dr. Pham helped me to pursue a program where I may be able to get my eye medication for an affordable price. I am surprised that she remembered from my last appointment that I was having difficulty paying for it. She cares about her patients. She is incredibly efficient and thorough aside from being pleasant and kind. She is a great optometrist. I am so pleased that my sister and I found Planet Vision Eye care.

I have NEVER been to an Optometrist's office as pleasant and as thorough as this one. I don't think I can say enough good things. I was greeted at reception by 2 young women who gave me the widest smile ever. They were both so polite and pleasant to talk to. It made the start of the appointment perfect. I was greeted by an intern Sabrina who did all the preliminary tests (all with 21st century equipment) that lasted about an hour. She went through every eye test imaginable. My eyes felt a bit "buggy" after a while because they were gently pushed and prodded from side to side, up and down, across, over, under, up, down, and around. When I say thorough, I mean THOROUGH! Then Dr. Pham came in and went over a few of the tests herself to make sure that there wasn't anything missed, aka "no stone unturned." This is an eye care place with 2 Optometrists and several last semester interns that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
