I went in today to do permanent eyeliner. I met up with Diane who was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns with a kind heart and experience galore!
My eyes turned out superb, her artistry is fantastic and she is gentle and I cannot recommend her enough!

I just love this spa! My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas I received a skin brightening and hydrating facial from Diane and my skin looks and feels fabulous! I’ll be requesting gift cards from him from now on! So pleased with my results!
I also had a Plexar (sp) treatment under my eyes. It was for skin tightening and I saw immediate results! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain the treatment and expected results. I have found my be go to place for all my skin care! Can’t wait to tell all my friends!

I had a glo facial and left unimpressed and disappointed. After 4 cancelled appts (all from Diane canceling and 1 no show), I finally got my facial. I had high hopes thinking just bad timing on her part and it might be worth the frustration, but unfortunately I was wrong. My appt was no longer than 30 minutes long (included me undressing and dressing). I could hear her text during my appt while the towel was on my face, which I thought was unprofessional, and then I was done. The facial was definitely not what I had expected and I have had other facials at different salons. For what she charges it is not worth it. Luckily I had a gift card but I would of been upset if I paid for what I received. If the facial had been better I might have booked additional appointments, but a bad facial and all the aggregation just to schedule an appointment from Diane not showing up to canceling on me at 7am morning of the appt or texting me at midnight to cancel in addition only 30 minutes leaves me w not ever going there again. Good luck to anyone else.

Just had the glo facial and it was amazing. Diane was fabulous. She explained as she went what she doing and the benefits of each step. I felt very comfortable and love how my face feels and looks after the facial. I would definitely be returning and highly recommend Ouroboros Med Spa.

I recently had a facial with Diane! She was wonderful and is very knowledgeable in what she does. My skin is smooth and glowing and she explains everything in detail. Go and see Diane and have her look at your skin. She will direct you to the right treatment and skin care routine, based on your individual needs. I will definitely go back again for another facial.

I made an appointment with Ouroboros Med Spa for a facial. I'm an older woman and have had several. I must tell you, this was the best facial I have ever experienced. Diane is amazing, she tells you what she's doing and why. This Med Spa is the real deal. Knowledge and professional. The products they recommend are medical grade and WORK!
