My absolute favorite optical shop for years! Occhiali has the best selection of curated lines, I cannot stress that enough. Every frame here is so special. The staff here are so kind and passionate about their careers which I so appreciate. Sarah, Elizabeth, and Mario all provide first class service and are always willing to help me find the right pair of glasses. I cannot say enough good things about Occhiali and their staff!

Fantastic service overall, they helped me choose a model that worked best for me, including getting it ordered quickly when it was out of stock. And then once it did arrive they helped make sure it fit just right. I'll absolutely be coming back when I'm ready for a new pair of sunglasses.

Called and asked if they had any DITA Sunglasses, they said they had plenty in stock to just come by and take a look. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed! The lady took me over to the DITA case & had me try on several different pairs to find the one that looked great on me. I knew then I chose the right place to come to! After a few different pairs she had me try on the DITA Mach six & I fell in love & knew those were the ones! The customer service here is phenomenal, before she made my invoice she had me try on the sunglasses several times to make all the micro adjustments so they fit me perfectly! Highly recommend this place!! I will definitely be back here for my next pair of sunglasses! 😁😁😁

This shop is fantastic!!! I am always welcomed as soon as I walk in! I have been taken care of for all my glasses needs from blue light, casual sunglasses and running wear. Sara the owner does a fantastic job making sure that she has glasses that fit all types of needs. Every time I have gone in the staff have made sure to spend time with me and style me in frames that match not only the shape of my face but my personality as well! My glasses are high quality and I get asked all the time where I got them because they are unique. I highly recommend this excellent service and handpicked selection for all your eyewear needs!

This place is the best. All the staff are so friendly and professional. Last year, I bought a pair of glasses from abroad while I was traveling, but within a few months the nose pad broke. Fortunately, however, Occhiali has a dealership of that particular brand. Then I stopped by here to ask if they could help about it, and they were very kindly sending my frame to the headquarters of that brand to get them fixed even though I didn't buy it from here. I expected few months to get it fixed, but only took a couple of weeks! Apart from this frame, I bought two glasses from this shop so far. And when I buy next pair, I would definitely stop by Occhiali.

I have been shopping for my glasses at Occhiali for years, and the popup of new stores still doesn’t entice me because I know that the staff here knows me and my style! They know I can be impulsive with the new styles too, 😉and they give me the information and advice I need to make the best decision. I mean glasses are on your face, usually everyday, and can get expensive!! Sarah will tell you a style in stingy on the bridge or if the glasses are wearing you!! Funny and honest and a great eye for detail. I tell everyone to go to this store if they want cool, unique and good-fitting glasses and sunnies 🤓!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen. The whole team at Occhiali are helpful, professional and very good at what they do! The attentiveness they give every client that walked in was admirable. It was my first time there and it was so nice to watch them assist everyone so well, you will definitely walk out of there happy, with the perfect and most flattering fit. I can’t wait to take my son there now that we found out he will be needing glasses. I know they will show him how cool it can be to wear glasses once you find the perfect pair.
