Joy at Oakley in North Park Mall was an excellent empllyee. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy and lucky to have him when I called and visit. He saved a lots of time and annoyance for me .
I certainly will seek for him if I need any further assistance. I also will spray the good words to my friends.

If you believe in shopping at a location that feels entitled to create their own policies and procedures on a case by case basis feel free to shop here. The maybe manager of 7 years Joey or maybe owner, he couldn’t decide which suited him in the moment, is the one helping you make sure you are prepared to fact check the policies with customer service because this guy is ready to drive any future customer loyalty away so that he can be “right”. Sad to see what hospitality and customer service has become.

If this is Oakley’s values and ethics where there is no standard and each customer is treated differently than this guy is doing a great job!

Terrible customer service and warranty department. Bought 2 sets of frames from Oakley. I customized in store, one for pair of shades for driving and one pair of shades for flying. The ones I use for driving cracked as I opened them to put them on. Gentleman at Northpark told me they aren’t covered by manufacturer warranty today. The lady that I bought them with told me, Manfacture warranty covers 2 years of tint fade, frames coming apart, and obvious manufacture defects. I brought the pieces to show where the frame came apart. You clearly see it’s a manufactured defect, but he didn’t even care to see the shades, he just said it’s not covered after seeing my receipt. I said I have 2 years of warranty and Then he proceeded to recommend me to take it up with customer service through a phone call. Shades didn’t last 2 months. Don’t recommend buying Oakley’s if this is how they treat costumers who spend $300 on their brand. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

First experience being inside Oakley store. Store rep was very knowledgeable and help steer me with a choice I was very comfortable with. So much that I actually bit on the insurance upsell that I rarely ever do.

I love shopping at this store . They really take care of me. I came in recently because the handle had popped off a pair of my glasses. They fix them with no problem.
