Dr O’Brien is wonderful ! I recently had refractive eye surgery and am very happy with the results. Dr O’Brien is extremely patient, kind, caring and honest. He dedicates his time to his patients and makes sure to answer all questions. The entire staff is professional and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I had the most thorough, professional, cordial visit at the New Vision Center today, March 27, 2025, by Dr Christopher Seery and his staff. I have eyes that had undergone corrective surgical procedures over 40 years ago. I had radial keratotomy done 2 times on my right eye, resulting in over 16 incisions followed by the lasik procedure on my left eye. The professional consultation with Dr Seery followed the extensive examination and assessment of my personal vision needs. I was informed and educated about what I might choose as corrective measures moving forward. I did not feel rushed nor pressured. I am extremely satisfied with everything that occurred during today's appointment.

Went to my six month check up with Dr. Tate... Met a new nurse named Alexis... She was wonderful... Great personality, very thorough. Explained everything she was doing! Very professional... I told the staff she was definitely a "keeper"! I hope when I see Dr. Tate again in six months that she does all the prep work before the doctor visit! She made getting my eyes dilated a great experience!

I found this busy practice to be well staffed with a streamlined check in and check process that was done very seamlessly and efficiently. Dr Tate was equally welcoming and efficient. I am impressed, and feel comfortable going ahead with having my visual needs attended to here by Dr Tate.

Wasting tax payer dollars by repeating tests done just weeks ago. HORRIBLE wait times. Company sent me to wrong doctor for first visit for a very specific request/need. That person of course then refers to the right doctor. The second doctor then just repeats all the tests. Medicare and the tax payers should be outraged - but there is no system to enable feedback - ensuring the abuse can continue. The United States should be better.

Most of the staff at New Vision are great, but out of all my visits there Kaylee (at the front desk) actually listens to your concerns and answers your questions. Goes above and beyond with all the people she helps. The people who schedule surgeries could learn a few things from Ms Kaylee for sure.

Very professional, personable care. I felt very much at ease and the whole staff was friendly, efficient and obviously very competent. Everything was explained very clearly and all my questions and concerns were answered. I would highly recommend Dr Tate and New Vision.
