Hands down best ever experience buying glasses and possibly buying any product. I visited Moon & Co. on December 31, 2024 with FSA money to spend. Fatima was the best. She really knows her products and made me feel like I was her only client. She made a number of recommendations based on my physique, showed me a variety of ranges of products and most importantly would tell me if something did not look right. I ended up buying a sharp looking pair of Blackfin rims Fatima recommended. She took the time to explain how progressives work and when I came back to pick up my new glasses, she took the time to make sure they were the right fit and showed me how the lenses worked (never wore progressives before). Fatima even followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will absolutely come back here whenever I need a new glasses and recommend everyone check out Moon & Co.

I had a terrific experience at Moon & Co. The shop itself is beautiful and has an impressive range of options with many top designers. Fatima was warm and welcoming and her knowledge and professionalism was very impressive- it was clear she is passionate about providing an exceptional service, which she does. I love my customized Tom Ford clears and also opted to get some very sleek looking sunglasses that Fatima helped me to choose. I just started wearing prescription glasses, and meeting Fatima was the best experience I ever had. Fatima made me feel comfortable from the choice of frames and lenses (yes I did purchase 3 pairs). She did help me to chose quality frames that accentuate my features, explained about the different types of lenses, how to care for it and how to wear them properly. Fatima is an expert on her field, she cares for how her costumers feel about purchasing a pair of glasses that will be part of their everyday life. She gave me advise and opinions, always taking in consideration my feelings about the choices I've made and my thoughts.
I absolutely love all 3 pairs of glasses I purchased and I constantly get compliments on how great they look.

I needed to upgrade my prescription in the glasses I bought from Fatima a couple of years ago. The eye doc in her office gave me an eye examination. I received the new lens as promised. They’re was a glitch in the prescription so the eye doc reevaluated the prescription and Fatima made new lens for me. Long story short, it was a seamless process without any hassles. Fatima was supportive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fatima. She’s got an amazing collection of eye wear and you KNOW she’ll take care of you to YOUR 100% satisfaction. In a word WOW!
