The Safelite Tech that services the Palatka area basically Stole my windshield. Safelite came to my home and removed my windshield, then gave me some bullshit story about seeing the presence of silicone on my windshield and that they could not continue any further because of some sort of incompatibility with the adhesive they use. The Safelite rep left my home while I was indoors, I came outside to find a plastic film in place of my windshield, driver side door left open and the wipers on the ground and my windshield gone and the "tech" gone . Yes, the first 2 pictures show how I was left. Needless to say M&J came out the Next morning, brought a replacement windshield with them and installed it with NO Problem. I have comprehensive insurance and therefore it was all done at No Charge to me. They are extremely personable and driven to help in the best way they can. I highly recommend Them and warn against calling safelite.

I just had my windshield replaced on my Buick enclave about a week ago and I couldn’t be happier. I had a chip that had turned into a long crack across my windshield. I called safelite first but they were a little pricey so I decided to call M&J Auto Glass instead. They gave me a cheaper price and the process was quick and easy. They came out to my home and were very efficient and communicated well. Now I have a beautiful crack free windshield. I will definitely use these guys again for all my auto glass needs and you should too! Thanks guys!

From personality to product to install, Jose and his brother were TOP NOTCH all the way. They replaced my windshield right here at my home, and it came out beautifully. Price was fair and they were very professional. I highly recommend M&J Auto Glass and More.

Super sweet and very quick. They called me back within 10 minutes of filing a claim to set up a day to come out, and came out within the next week. They were running late due to coming from an appointment on the other side of the county, but overall I will definitely be going with them again for any window replacement!

Great customer service! Would definitely recommend. I contacted my insurance to get my back window replaced on my Toyota Tacoma. Jose was diligent with contacting the dealership and getting the parts in a timely manner and getting me on the road. Thanks again Jose
