If I buy a bike, I would never buy just any bike that's available. I went through all bike shops in Belfast. I wanted a bike that I will love. I appreciate quality and looks. I found one that I really liked. Saw it on McConvey website. I walked in to the store. I really hoped they would have one in store. And they did! It looked better than I expected. Giant Talon 0. What a lovely piece of kit! 😍 So I bought it. I just needed a larger frame. Guys built it in a week. But what is so special about entire process... Staff were extremely friendly, professional, polite. Just receiving the bike was such an exciting moment! Quality of service is exceptional! I am extremely happy with my purchase. Look no further. Excellent choice of all kind of bikes. Latest models and types. I feel very thankful to all McConvey Bikes staff. THANK YOU!!! God bless 🙌

Purchased an e-bike from McConvey Cycles in May 2024. Everything was perfect and the bike is amazing. Was looked after by Jacob who was brilliant and recommended what parts to get for the bike. The bike was then fully assembled by the team including all of the additional bits (mudguards, stand, lights, rack etc) and I received a message to come pick it up at my convenience. When picking it up Jacob spent a good 30 minutes running through all the features and how to take parts off/put them back on. Was tempted to just buy online off a website and get it delivered but I am very glad I did not. Thanks again

Just got my bike from Mcconvey Cycles last week and unfortunately had a bit of accident that led to damage on the bike. The guys took the bike in fixed it in record time and gave me a excellent price on the repair only charging for the materials. This was outside the norm and such a genuine and generous action. I would highly recommend these guys for service and after service.

I had a very strange issue with my giant ebike, a random engine cut off which was gone after the bike restart. It was difficult to reproduce in the shop as well. Folks at Mcconvey were super helpful and got to the bottom of the issue and replaced my engine. So really good warranty service.

We bought a Brompton electric from McConveys a couple of years ago. We are in Greece now travelling with the bike and had some technical difficulties getting the battery connected. Eamon was a star, talking us through everything to get it going again. Brilliant customer support. Thank you!
